    Hi ladies!!

UTI update - antibiotics have now kicked in (thankfully) - along with alternate doses of cranberry tablets followed an hour later by ural sachets (the acid kills the bacteria, and the alkaline of the ural eases the sting - don't take togegether or they cancel each other out). I did also get some probiotics, so thanks for the tip ladies, as I usually do get the yeasties after taking anti-biotics!

SPF - no wasn't offended at all I guess I just mis-interpreted your comment - yes lets hope DH swimmers are amphibious and can also cope with dry land!

just regarding his testing - before he got tested and we were talking about the "what-ifs" I was really worried that he may have had some problems too - for two reasons, obviously if we both had some problems it was going to lessen our chances, but I also knew that DH would feel guilty - we (as in us ladies) all know the guilts, and I think somehow women just cope better with it than men - does that make sense? I know that if it was DH with the dodgy hormones and then having to cope with hormone tablets and the possiblity of injections/ivf procedures etc he would be a complete mess IYKWIM.

dory - not sermonising, and glad things are good for you

ferrals - how are you doing today? Same for me (about the peeing after sex thing), and what dried me out was the clomid. It didn't help that during our "go go green days" DH was on double shifts and was a bit tired so wasn't quite as "in the mood" so it seemed to take him a bit longer so yep, it was friction burns here too! I guess we are just the "casualties of war" so to speak!

mummyof4 - AF for me is due 29, so hopefully my good news will only be a few days behind yours!

emmy - that's so sad about your friend. huge hugs.

murracy cod - I'm excited for you!!

craftymummy - I am impressed, I worry about my age and fertility, so 2 in your 40s, I am feeling more confident now, thanks!

matthews mum - hope you get some good news then on christmas eve - that would be a good christmas present!

t-hopes, budgi and anyone else I missed - Hello!!

that bleed that i thought was AF well now nothing. it was a wipe (sorry tmi) and that it.

and now all i have is cramping with nothing. could this be ' an implanation bleed' i have read about it and my sis reckons she had it. i didnt have it last time the bleeding that is, but the pain is familiar i had that, but dont have the sore boobs like the first time. so i just dont know.
i have my work xmas break up tomorow and i dont want any of them to copp on , so will have a couple drinks to throw them off. Anyway have been so stressed with all of this lately i could with letting my hair down and relax.

    Morning ladies

Mummyof4-wouldnt it be a great xmas present a BFP.

Craftmummy-hope your AF has settled down by now and i will be 36 in april what date is your b-day.

Emmy-sorry to hear about your friend i know all to well how painful it is i was almost 20 weeks.

SPF-i had acupunture and some needles i diddnt even feel and some did hurt but only in areas where the tendons are tight like my wrist and feet but otherwise it was fine.

Mathewsmum-hope your test goes smoothly for you.

Murrycod-getting close now i bet your getting excited.

Milly-i'm due for AF on the 31st lets hope we both get our BFP's for the start of the new year and i also worry about age and fertility as doing the PGD ivf and finding out all the info on hormones levels ect and then looking at what mine where and comparing them on the net my FS said she is not concerned but i know egg quality is an issue even if i am fertile and have plenty of eggs left the FSH level is the all important one.

Budgi-hope it is implantion i have never had it but i have heard of it.

AFM-yesterday i had some mild period like feelings but not sure if it was from the uti or what so i am just plotting along and i will try an add i photo of our wedding on this post for you to have a look at.

afternoon everyone-murraycod-good luck with the next step,it's getting exciting...t-hopes-were on the same cycle day...milly-glad the antibiotics are doing their job..budgi-fingers crossed for implantation bleed...ferrals-photo is beautiful...eliselouise-how are you feeling?..mummy of 4-fingers crossed, watching for your update..tinar-how are things going?..afm-tubal test was done this morning, found out that ivf will probably be our next step as both tubes are blocked, they were able to unblock right tube a little but they don't think it is going to be enough to enable a pregnancy,so talk to fs in the new year

    Hi ladies!

budgi - I had implantation bleeding with mine - basically I spotted for three days, it was always on the toilet paper or on the towel after a bath/shower, but not enough that went on to my panties. I had been wearing a pad because I was SURE it was an early AF at the time, especially as it was a bit crampy. I hope this helps, and I am hoping that it is implantation bleeding for you!

ferrals - love the pic! re the pains - me too - either we've both got UTI twinges, or - fingers crossed - it's something better!

mummy of 4 - WELL??? did you do another test???

matthews mum - I'm glad you have some answers and now a direction. Good luck with the IVF!

AFM - well I'm feeling crampy and tired (is it a UTI, b build up to AF or c implantation? I choose c, lets see if I am right, though I really believe it's a). I'm trying to motivate myself to do that last bit of housework before christmas, but it's too hot, so I'm procrastinating!

I hope Santa brings us all lots of BFPs!!

~mummyof4~ when if af due, is there a chance you could be testing too early? i really hope so x

ferral nice pic i can't imagine how that situation would feel. i am still avoiding all pregnant people/babies.

milly5 i hope it's c too! when are you testing?

Matthew's Mum good luck seeing fs. at least you know your reasons now, and you can get on with ivf. when do you think you will start all the meds and stuff?

craftymummy9 i hope you enjoy your first aussie christmas! we are just gonna spend the day on the beach with our 2 boys (our doggies ) and our turkey and veggies!
at least you get to see your other boys next year too. and they will be here to celebrate australia day with you.

afm i am in the tww. when can i test?!? i have purposely not bought any tests yet, although i keep looking at them in the shop. my dh just said ahh wait till the new year, they will probably be on special.... i know what he was getting at (drunken parties and such like), and it did make me smile.
