Sorry about that, had to step away for a few and didn't want my post to time out....

Mel--Hope you enjoyed your trip to Melbourne! Happy to read that you're all healed up and have even had your BD shoes on! Hey, I have another question about the blocked tubes (anyone can answer or give input!). I only ever feel O pains on my left--never on my right--if it's true that it alternates each month, then could it be possible that maybe I only O from the left because my right tube is blocked? hmmm.... going to ask my dr. about it on Fri. Just wondering if you noticed when yours was blocked that you only seemed to feel O on one side?

WTH--Welcome back, my friend! *hugs* Congrats on a great u/s and lovely Sending along some extra sticky to get you thru the next couple weeks. Also wanted to say Congrats on being a RAK recipient--woo hoo, twice even!! See how loved you are? I'm super excited to see your avi!

Theresa--Best of luck for your scan on the 12th! Hope the time flies by for you!

fifi--Hope you got lots of cool stuff from your baby shower! OMG, fi, only 46 days to go! I bet you're so ready to get some cuddles! Sending along some while I still can!

babymiracles--It has to be good luck that your first appt. is on my b-day! Sending you some Not quite sure how I'm going to celebrate, supposed to skydive, but the weather has been pretty cr@ppy, and I don't want to do it if it's cold and yucky! Supposed to have a pap, AF permitting, we'll see how it goes.... not really looking forward to that! *sigh*

    Thinking of you, Ruthie!

Also thinking of you, smi--hope things are looking up!

    Hey all,

Just a quick one from me - will have to come back to do personals later.

Well, I cracked and tested and I knew I shouldn't have cos is was BFN (I am a glutton for punishment). I think AF is on her way now cos I have sore bb's and mild low cramping.

    Speak soon

    xx

Hi everyone, Back from the beautiful sunshine coast and i am not going to even bother trying to keep up on a week and a half of posts, but a big congrats to everyone that had good results over the past two weeks i had a quick skim through.

Holiday was great except for the day i spent in hospital from severe abdominal pains and then 2 days ago past another blood clot!.. So frustrating. On a positive note though had a great day at dream world and Australia Zoo which DS absolutely loved.

Went to see my new gyno today who was absolutely fantastic, he's running tests to check mine and DH chromosomes and checking for thyroids and lupus and a whole range of things so I am really happy that it's actually moving forward for a change, testa are going to cost us heaps of course but it's all worth it so I've also got to go to an ultrasound clinic that specialises in gynacaeology to look a little closer.

Hope that everyone is doing well and sorry for the lack of persies but once I catch up a bit I'll be able to chat properly.

Just my Luck...... The next saga......

    Hi all,
    Well where do I begin???

Tomorrow I am off for my 3rd ...yes 3rd D&C in 3 weeks! over it over itover it. Certainly feeling like I shouldn't be buying a lottery ticket at the moment!

Went to see my gyno after I had my ultrasound and it appears as though the clot I assumed they took out at my 2nd D&C has nearly doubled in size in the last week.

They also gave me the disc of my last ultrasound the one where we discovered our angel had died so today has just been crappy crappy actually it has been plain #$%@!.

I have been having 'after birth ' pains ( thats what the midwife called them in hosp) that just don't seem to go away to the point I now have not slept for 36hours becuase of the pain!!!! Hence my ramblings...

I am trying to remain positive but feeling really angry that this just cant seem to end at the moment.
When I left hospital on the 1st March I wlaked out with confidence asaying start of a new month was the start of happy endings but now I have to have this AGAIN

Sorry feeling Very Very sorry for myself.

Happy to be seeing all the BFP, I know one day I will have our forever baby.

    Take care ladies,
    Em

Hi ladies - here lurking, not posting but had to post now cos I want to pass on some love to you all - a bit quiet in here and a lot of tough times being had by you all. Sometimes there are days where, even knowing that you are not alone with TTC frustrations, it still isnt enough to get you thru the day. Screaming helps (Abbey) for what it is worth - like Jen said, even to get out something. I remember those screams very very well - oh and the ugly cries too - like it was yesterday. For those newbies who might be wondering why on earth Im here, it took me 19 extremely frustrating months to conceive my 2nd child in which I m/c twice. Early stages of endometriosis were diagnosed (reason for infertility) and after I had a lap, I conceived straight away. My daughter April was conceived in April. I know it has taken some of you longer than 19 mths and you are still TTC and I certainly wouldnt wish anyone else TTC to have to wait as long as that. I just wanted you to know that I understand your despair no matter where you are at in your TTC journey. One thing I will encourage you all to do is to never give up - just give yourself a lot of nurture in the meantime - your angel babies will guide & help you too as your guardian angels.

Jen - pls look after yourself and give DS my love.

plc--Your words are always so thoughtful and inspiring! I know that I personally would be lost without having met you, and all the advice and encouragement you've given me over the last year has been invaluable! Luv ya lots, mate!

mrzbaby--Aww, I'm so sorry to hear you have to have a 3rd D&C! OMG, and in 3 weeks! You poor thing! No wonder you feel so down and frustrated! Saying lots of prayers for success--3rd times a charm--and a quick recovery! Extra for you, hon--keep that chin up!

jackjack--Welcome back! Glad to hear you had a great trip, but sorry to hear you had to spend the night in the hospital! Good luck with your BT's!

Rhi--Sorry to hear about your BFN Sending lots of *hugs*

Toccara--Best of luck with your appt. on the 11th! You aren't on here much--been missing you! Keep us posted on how you're doing!

Hey Jen - thanks for the warm welcome back. Yes, I do feel VERY special to have received two RAK. Have put in a request for my avvy and am looking forward to seeing what they come up with. How you going anyway? You are so good at saying your "hellos" to all the gals, but I do not know how you are doing. Has your child been ill? Have you been TTC this month? Is your DH still leaping out of planes? Are you still running the school?

WTH--I feel like we're playing 20 questions! ( Ok, it's only 5--slight exaggeration!) Ok, let's start with the first question... I'm doing well, surprisingly well, considering that tomorrow's the anniv. of my m/c. I've had the fortunate distraction--well, not fortunate for DS--but he had his tonsils taken out last Thurs, so I've been completely absorbed with taking care of him. Have been sleeping with him every night on the couch--the amazingly uncomfortable couch--and actually thought that tonight I might actually get to sleep in my own bed, but it's looking like that won't happen. I just heard from 2 teachers at DS's school ( just came from parent/teacher conference) that when the scabs fell off after their tonsils were taken out, they gushed blood! One teacher said she woke up choking on her blood, and the other said she woke up in a pool of blood! Holy cr@p!! No way I'm going to make him sleep alone and wake up choking on blood or something!

Of course I've been TTC--silly girl! Um, but no real temp drop, so I had to override FF, and give myself a coverline--actually, it's only one line, but hey, who's counting? Supposed to test on the 6th, which is my b-day, but we'll see how that goes based on my body signals. I'm also supposed to have a PAP on my b-day--yay me!

Yes, DH is still leaping out of (perfectly good) airplanes! lol... For some reason that question sounded funny, I don't know why--almost like you were asking if he still swims with sharks, or tames lions, or something! LMAO...

And last, but not least, running the school... had to LOL about that one, too! I called today, and they have caller ID, so they knew it was me, and she said "where have you been?" No hello, just that, it was cute! Then went in to say hi when I went for Noah's conference, and they were saying how weird it was without me there everyday! Awwwww!! That's where I get most of my adult conversation, so I've actually missed going--it's been a little lonely!

I've been having some trouble getting DS to eat, drink, take meds. Today his dr. told him that if he didn't start eating and drinking, and didn't take his meds, she'd have to see him again on Fri. and he might have to be hospitalized for dehydration, have an IV... etc, etc... everything I've been telling him for days... but will he listen to me? Shell no! Anyhow, got some Motrin in him today, which made him feel well enough to eat 1/2 a donut! He's also been drinking more fluids, so I'm sure things will start getting better--you can already tell he has more energy!

Anyhow, you probably wish you hadn't asked how I was doing! But there it is... just hanging in there, keeping busy! Thanks for asking! Glad you're back!

    Hi all,

mrzbaby- so sorry to hear about the troubles that your having. It was bad enough for me having to have 3 D&C's in 9 months let alone 3 weeks you poor thing. Hope things start looking up for you

Jen- Fancy having to have a pap on your birthday! Not a good pressie at all! Hope you have a great day regardless though. Good luck with testing too. Hoping that DS is feeling better soon, It's not fun, mine got infected after i had them out, no blood though so fingers crossed. Oh by the way any answers on your query about ovulation time and tube blockages just curious??

As for me forgot to mention yesterday but had to get a pap smear yesterday, very overdue though seeing as my last one was when I had DS in 2005 so probably shouldn't winge!! The doc said that by the looks of it I've just had a period and said that It doesn't look like i've ovulated in a while so I'm hoping that I will soon. He also said that it looks really good in there he thinks that I should get no more blood clots and that It's all clear and the way it should be now. I've got an appointment at the womans ultrasound clinic on tuesday afternoon and DH and I get our BT's tomorrow; which DH is having a winge about, he doesn't like needles. My goodness I feel like a pincushion after the last couple of months... Men. Just wondering if anyone has had or knows anyone who has had chromosomal issues, P.C.O or lupus I don't really know much about it any of them and they are the main things that they are researching at the moment.
this morning for the first time in 3 weeks!! sorry for the but needed to express my joy to someone!

Hope everyone is doing well BIG
    And lots and lots of

Jen - thank you for playing "20 questions" Glad to hear DS is getting better. You are quite the trooper sleeping with him on the couch. I am a quite the cranky lioness without a good night's sleep and would have put DH on the couch and DS in my nice comfy bed! I did not realise your MC anniversary was coming up (I read your date the Aussie way backwards, ie, in May). Hold DF and your four beautiful ones close. I hope you are able to keep very busy and that the day passes as easily as possible for you. Your birthday must have been so difficult last year Hope DF spoils you rotten on your birthday. You deserve it. And from li'l ol' me . BTW that is exactly what I mean't about your DF. I am married to a mad risk taker. Aside from his phobia of spiders he will pretty much give anything a whirl. His friends are risk-takers too and always getting carried away with extreme sports and are serial bone breakers. Sooooo different to me.

MegsMum - I can only speak for myself but I have always appreciated visits from people here who are PAML. I have needed the concrete evidence that we can move forward and fulfill our dream.

JackJack - I have had a couple of chromosonal issues - both spontaneous and most likely linked with advanced maternal age. Feel free to PM me with any questions you may have.

Jen - Thanks for that I'm sorry, I was the same as WTH and didn't realise that the date of your m/c was the 5th March not 3rd May. Massive for you for tomorrow - I'll say it today because it is the 5th here now - and I hope you have something nice planned so the day is not too painful for you Make sure DF and your little ones take good care of you xx

    WTH - Aww thanks

jackjack - GL with the ultrasound and BT's. My DH wouldn't dare complain about a BT after all of the jabs in the arm I have had over the last year or so LOL! Men

jackjack--Yeah, the only way I won't be having a pap is if I get AF! I'm not sure which is the lesser of two evils! No answer from Mel yet on the blocked tubes and O, but she said she was going out of town for a night, and would post later in the week. So just waiting to see if she knows. Had to when you said your dr. said it looked good in there! Sorry, I guess I'm feeling a bit juvenile tonight! Woo hoo for getting some action! Best of luck with your appt. and BT's tomorrow!

WTH--I see what you mean about the date... I've changed it, thanks for helping me realize that! Your DH sounds so much like my DF! However, there's no way I could let DF sleep on the couch when he has to get up every day and go to work! Besides, the couch is so uncomfortable, he'd sleep terrible and be grumpier than his usual grumpy self! I can be pretty cranky, esp. in the morning, but when DF is cranky... watch out! I'll take the couch!

megsmum--Thanks! Oh, and I ditto what WTH said! It gives us hope!
