Just wanted to get some views.... whats everyones opinion on getting your hair coloured during pregnancy?? Ive heard so many mixed things and never was sure what to do.... i didnt in my last pregnancy cause I was worried!
My chinese doc doesnt want me to even in the 2ww??! Im blonde and have so funky re-growth atm.... hmmm.... if i am UTD now (which i highly doubt i am) ill just have to hide away for a while!

Hey ALice.... yeah does sound promising, they hurt going over the speed bumps today! Hmm..... But they have tricked me one to many times!

    Evening ladies
T-hopes-I have read that the chemicals in hair colour is not absorbed through your hair but then they say all the chemicals in our enviroment can hinder our chances of conceiving but if you took everything they say serious then we cant use anything that is manufactured from plastics to food to even to furniture we sit on it is a scarey thought and when you start reading all the info on the net it makes you wonder how us humans can fall pregnant at all i read the world sperm bank that has stored sperm samples from all over the world for the last 50+ years has seen a decrease of 50% in the populations quality of sperm so we panic but then how does that explain the drug addicted alcohol drinking smoker skanks that seem to get pregnant with out even trying there are only so many things we can avoid to make ourselves as healthy as possible but we also need to live and get on with life if we stop doing everything and put our lives on hold it will pass us bye and we will miss the best years of our lives.

So on that note DH and i have turfed all our herbal detox sh#t and will just stick to the fertility herbs to help conception we will cut all caffine except our morning coffee the reason we have decided to cut back on all this naturopath stuff and excessive TTC is because it is making us lose our desire to have a baby we are living our lives around TTC and we are at the end of our teathers DH is on stress leave and about to lose his job because of his temper he is taking his frustrations out at work and now has to be transfered to another site or be sacked i find myself not even wanting to look at my baby things i have i feel like selling it all and just saying that is it i will go and get my tubes tied our lives have been at a standstill for 12 months and enough is enough so we need to step back and just see if it happens and if it does than great but if it doesnt then fine we have each other and my boys.
Doe's anyone else ever feel this way am i just hormonal or what.

Ferrals, I totally understand where you are coming from but I think there is also a big factor of tiredness in there. You and your DH have been through a lot with Abbi's anniversary and now being in the TWW so while I completely understand the need to find some balance, you've just been through a really intensive time so it's not surprising that you are both feeling this way. Sounds like you both need a bit of a break and you're making the right choices to look after yourselves and each other. It doesn't mean you will feel like this for good, but for now it's maybe what you need to do.

We have spent nine long years TTC - actually, it'll be ten years this August. There have been times when we have really thrown ourselves into it, cycles where I cut back on everything, did acupuncture, took herbs - the whole bit. It gets to a point where you just can't keep living like that without it taking over your whole life, especially when for us it just kept leading to one big disappointment after another. It's an important part of our lives, but it's not all of our lives and sometimes letting go a bit and giving your attention to other things makes it that much easier to bear. In the last few years I have been ready to give up entirely - it has been such a long running theme in my life that I just want a break from it. But then the hope kicks in again, and you find yourself in a different place and it feels OK again. We're all different but I hope this helps.

Oh your kitty is super cute!! And look at your gorgeous niece!! Lots of love to you.

muumyof4 - it sounds like, they are the symptoms that i had with my last pregnancy...2 days of brown spotting and then nothing.

GL, I hope it's a BFP for you!!

Alice-Thanks yes what you said helped i guess i am just emotional drained and if we were told we had a fertility problem i would most definately stick strictly to what the naturopath said but as it is just age that is making it take longer than i'd like we will just take all the herb stuff and try to be healthy but for now we have decided to step back a bit and not obsess that way every month wont be as disapointing.

Mummyof4-Not sure i have been late a few times and had slight brown tinge a day or 2 before AF arrived but it is not usual for me so it made me wonder aswell.

AFM-Not much happening just counting days until i get my Angus and have been online ordering toys and sratching post and a igloo bed for him soooooo cute as for the tww i don't care where i am at not even going to poas havn't ordered any i expect AF to be 2 days late this month as i O'd 2 days late.

I asked her again what did she want to do and she wants to make sure no more cyst our around and also check my tubes again to see if there open.. they were open 1 yr ago i told her and she said they can close or have problems since then so we will know more then or atthe visit after wards..

Ferrals: I agree with Alice, I can kind of relate, even though I haven't been doing this for that long I definitely get the feeling that it could take over my life, there are times when I think we should just give it up for 6/12 months, we were happy before we started TTC so if I just stop, then I'll still be happy. But then, I remember how much I resented that little pill I took each day, and how there's a space in my heart that's already labelled ''Son/Daughter". Lately I've been thinking of it as I find out if I'm pregnant in 2 1/2 weeks, then I find out in 7 weeks, then I find out in 12 weeks...It seems like there's a lot of chances that way, and it takes some pressure off this cycle. Plus I figure I gotta take the good with the bad, it's not all fun, it's not all easy, but it's always one step closer. You and your DH sound tired, and we know it was a super emotional week, even if your not totally aware of it, it would be taking it's toll on you, does your DH have anyone he can vent to about this stuff?

And on a lighter note, that lil kitty cat is just the sweetest thing! He looked like he was eating the towel - nom nom nom! And his little tiny whiskers! Super cute! Your niece is so pretty too, cute outfit!

Mummyof4: Ooooh, sounds promising! Good luck, let us know how it goes!

TTCALC: Well lets hope that AF is gonna stay away! If you do end up getting the lap then I hope it will clear up any questions you might have, it might be something super easy to fix. Glad things are going well with all the kiddo's! Hugs!

Alice: Wait, never? Never POAS? Oh honey that's a whole area of obsession your missing out on! Probably a good idea, lol.

T-hopes: Some say yes, some say no *shrugs*. I'd probably stick to what the TCM doc said. You could get a cute hat? Funky head scarf?

AFM: I hate this time, lol. Trying to remind myself that there is absolutely no symptom, sign, or internet page that will tell me if I am going to get pregnant this month. I just have to wait. I dont have to wait graciously, which is good, I can wait as unhappily and obsessively as I want, but it wont change anything. And I dont even know if I'm in the TWW yet! LOL!

Ferrals your neice looks fabulous and your Kitty Angus is sooooo cute.

~mummyof4~ I would test buts thats because I am a serial POASer. If you don't want to see a BFN the longer you leave it the more likely you are to get a BFP when you do test if no AF comes. Best of luck I have everything crossed for you.

Ferrals yay for getting rid of the cr*p I agree with everything you say
If we did everything different people tell us then whats the point of even trying it takes away all the fun,
I just try to eat as healthyly as I can but the ocasoinal takeaway at the weekend and try to cut back on the coke well instead of a few glasses a day just one every now and then but I don't drink coffee ! I try to use my treadmill 20 mins every other day and just try my best but at my age I guess any little thing will help me keep fitter for my family and hopefully for a BFP.
Sorry your DH is having a hard time at work I think trying to cut out too much surely didn't help matters and you have been through a hell of a year since loosing Abbie so I think take a step back and remember you love each other and what will be will be !

AFM day 14 on this cbfm all my sticks look the same nothing different since day 6 now I am begining to wonder do I even ovulate at all ! will keep going but looks like my body is just about giving up the chance to conceive !

Oh well good luck to all in the TWW and all bdancing trying to catch the eggies,

snuggly so glad your staying for a while but try not to stress your bub is growing and you will be fine !
Murraycod any news on the Triplets !!!!!

Crafty-don't panic the 1st month i got a peak on day 13 and this month was day 15 remember you O'd a little later last month after you had your scan but i was also thinking your E2 was low when you had your BT last month the monitor needs to pick up the increase in E2 is the dark line on the left getting any lighter that shows a rise in E2 the line on the right LH only gets dark when it detects the LH surge and with the 1st cycle it should be two days in a row then go back to light my 2nd cycle i got a peak and dark line on day 15 then the monitor didnt ask for any more wee sticks it just goes off the 1st positive peak reading then automaticly gives you a peak the next day and then one of high and back to low to save on wee sticks anyway you might O a bit later as you have some longer cycles than normal i would give it a few more days hopefully your E2 will rise.

Kitfaerie-I know and yes DH has done some anger management but i think he holds it together for me at home and gets frustrated at work and i supose we really only have been officially TTC for 3 months it was all the waiting after we lost Abbi and the waste of time because we thought the PGD IVF would work that has gotten to me more all those months we could have been trying that p###es me off.

TTCALC-aww sorry you got a BFN i was hopeing it would be your turn.

AFM-Had some period pain last night and this morning but had the same last month so not reading to much into it AF is due on the 2nd of april my 36th Bday

Ferrals: Yep, the waiting is definitely the worst part, and to feel like you wasted some time! Arg! I really really hope you get a BFP as the most kick ass birthday present.

Well thats number 2 BFP I wonder who number 3 will be ?

Ferrals thanks for that all my sticks look the same the line on the left is dark on all of them a faint blue I mean that faint you can hardly see it on the first 2 days but thats it, I think I only ovulated around day 19 last month so I live in hope that I will get another chance !

Keep smiling some lucky people are moving on !
