Hey Jodsan - depends on if you like it or not, but I found Yakult helps me - I was getting a lot of thrush in the months after DS was born and had to take canisten and the oral medication. Since then I have just been having Yakult and it hasn't come back - whether it wouldn't have come back anyway, who knows?
