Two week wait support #4

I always feel like I'm in limbo during the TWW, neither here nor there. If I get AF, I have to get a hysteroscopy on CD3, then start a clomid challenge test on CD5. If BFP (which the FS wants me to POAS on 14dpo--usually I wait 20 or 21 days), then I have to go in for progesterone levels. But I'm not very hopeful for a BFP because my boobs don't hurt (I'm 5DPO). We'll see.

Hi everyone, i am in the tww and am trying to keep positive. I had some spotting a few days ago, it was more like light pink tinged cm and only lasted for 2 days. It was 2 days after what was meant to be Ovulation, but my cycle is all over the place so i could have ovulated earlier. I dont have any obvious symptoms although i have been so busy with the Football club that i dont have time so sit down and think about symptoms. We also have to move thursday week, so the good thing is that i will probably forget about waiting to see if AF comes. Good luck to everyone else in the tww

I learned an interesting tidbit I thought I'd pass on. A coworker of mine who was born and raised in Egypt told me last night she was taught never to drink hot beverages during AF because it can increase your flow. Contrast that with (I think it's hispanic, but i could be wrong) the idea that a heavy flow cleanses your system...

treelo: how long ago was your loss? Of course, bloody tinged mucus that close to O could be implantation bleeding--I don't want to raise your hopes up, but just an FYI...

I get to test on Tuesday, but frankly, I'm not very hopeful because bb's don't hurt. It's weird. On the one hand, my mucus pattern was great and my temps went up just fine, but no sore boobs. I wonder if that's because I didn't take my otc progesterone cream this month (FS said not to). Or it could be all the stress in my family lately.

hope you don't mind me joining in, i am now 2DPO so at the beginning of my TWW...

I am hopeful but doubtful that i will be pregnant, had some issues with my DH when it came to all the BD'ing i wanted to do this month- i think he's lucky but he has been complaining about being used and abused! i swear if it was up to him we would just patiently wait for an immaculate conception...grrrr....

anyway GL to all testing soon and congrats to Blizz on your good news

So sorry Tempus, i did reply to your email but for some reason, its not there?? So i will try again, I suffered my first m/c in 1999 and i really struggled with that one. My second m/c was last July and I have come out of it ok. We have been trying ever since and no luck yet.....im starting to get very frustrated but, i have lots of people here at BB supporting me, and thats the best i could ask for.

Blizz - congrats on the BFP, hopefully the next 9 months will be very uneventfull.

Welcom Pbstar - i hope this is your month !!

pbstar: welcome aboard. Immaculate Conception LOL! guys are just funny that way. they boast and boast, but they HATE to perform on demand. It's not just your DH, believe me.

treelo: IKWYM about how helpful the support has been around here. I dind't know about this site until after my fourth MC and I'm so much more healed emotionally at this point than I was after my third MC 4 months later. I know it's from being able to talk to people who've been through it.

Well AF came for me yesterday, early again, it was a 25 day cycle for me. They just seem to get shorter and shorter for me.
Sometimes i feel like im I dont understand why, we babydance at least 6 times before , on and after O. I had blood tests and the dr says there is no reason why im not pregnant. I cant be just unlucky 8 months in a row !!!
DH is starting to think that we are just not meant to have another and to tell you the truth, so am i.

sorry to hear about AF, so disapointing for you. I have heard plenty of stories of people who try try try and as soon as they start to believe it will never happen it happens...i hope you are one of those people!

Tempus and Treelo - Sorry about that witch AF coming to visit, it sux I know!

I have dropped in again ladies, although I have been keeping an eye out for any BFP happening in here! I am fairly certain I o'd either Monday or yesterday, still waiting for it to show on my chart, 2 more days of temp taking should do it! If I'm early so be it, hopes are high as usual, but not going to dwell. What with part time study and full time work, plus a marriage, I have more than enough to keep me busy!
