Hi Berry, the vitex doesn't have progesterone in it... it's an old herb that more regulates your hormones than giving you any iykwim. It's also called chaste tree or chaste berry if you are looking it up.

The book also teaches you to use charting to avoid pregnancy too - hard as that is to imagine at the moment! I had to order it in at a local bookshop when I bought it last year.
