It's a mystery to me. After losing our last little man I tested positive to the blood clotting disorder but the follow up test was negative. I asked if it where possible that I only have this disorder while pregnant - but apparently not. Sounds strange but I had privately hoped I did have it because then I could be monitored and tested in future (fingers crossed) pregnancies. And it could have provided some much needed answers to why?
Did your sac continue to get bigger? Mine got slightly bigger and closer to what was they healthy baby....my DH used to joke it was a red wine sac...because my body missed it so much...

How does that work, positive then negative. What sort of signs do you have for a clotting disorder when not pregnant? My sac stopped growing at 6 weeks 5 days but I was nearly 9 weeks when I went for a scan. There was nothing in the sacs, but the first twin m/c I had there was nothing in the 2nd sac, but a heart beating away in the 2nd, which we lost 10 days later. I actually had bleeding in the sac, it was horrible the way they described it, they actually thought I had a molar pregnancy. Well that is what every scan indicated but then upon testing the cystic mass as they called it, luckily enuf it wasn't a molar pregnancy - phew!!!!
