I made mine actually we were given a candle and told to decorate it in class. I am no arty farty crafty person but it ended up ok well no one laughed at it.

I know a great place to buy them in Sydney.. but from memory I think they start at $25 and go up - SIL & BIL got them for their kids Christenings.
