Isabell is usually in her cot by 9pm at the latest, she starts getting grumpy around 8:15-8:30, so i rock her, then put her in her cot. She will wake at around 4am, rarely at 6am, ill give her a feed, then she will wake up at 8:30amish and ill keep her up thereon after..with a few naps inbetween and one long sleep too. Im really ontop of it now.
