Hahaha, I bet you're relieved with the house on the market and all.

I don't miss my period at all! I've only had two in the past two years - woohoo!

    Good Morning....
    Where is everybody?
Everything here is well - except the weather...ick! If I didnt need AF supplies and chocolate I do not think we would be going anywhere with all this rain.
Last night we had a 2nd inspection at 6:30pm (can you tell our agent is a man with no kids?) so DH and I, Beau and the two dogs went and got fish and chips and ate it in the car! Oh dear! Beau was cranky of course with sitting in the car at an unusual time for him so he went to bed at about 7:15 which was a nice change from the current routine! We had to try and stop Beau giving our boy dog any chips in the back seat as he had had a seizure at 2:30 the night before and we control his diet really strictly but all of Beaus tid bits end up in his mouth lately and his seizures have started again.
Bought Beau a 'night garden' book yesterday which he loves - but I dont leave books down at his level cause he begs to "read" them first thing and I cant deal with it at 6am!
LOL at your period Dis - you lucky thing! Guess PG symptoms more than make up for it but! Really I wouldnt have been upset if I was - only I would like to try the shettles method for a girl but I am comfortable now to try (age gap wise) I feel like I would cope! I admire you guys that are already there - but when you want a closer age gap its what has to be done I guess - just hard at the "business end" when they are so little. A lady down the road from me has 4 little girls under 6 and she had the youngest baby (3 months) in her arms yesterday like a footy! It must be second nature to her now! Gosh all that estrogen in the house!!
    Ok I am babling
    Have a good day all!

    Hello,
I have been around, but nothing to really report on. Jen am glad AF arrived for you, actually I was kinda hoping you were up the duff!!!

Sounds like your new agent is better than the last, although 630 is not an ideal time!

Mel- i didnt get any stretch marks with Olivia, just hoping I dont get any with this one. I know my mum has them, but she has 8 kids, so I dont know when she got them...should ask.

Alls good here. We are about to head off to the allergy specialist to get the patch read. Other than that...nothing. Am enjoying not working at the minute, although I have this ongoing urge to shop, but I dont go coz I have no money! I might get dh to put a wage into my account so I dont have to ask him and so I dont have to justify spending on the books. Alright better go,

    Chat soon
    Melissa x o

ps- has Kel gone into labour yet???? Havent seen her around.

Am glad you are still around, although hope you get better soon. Also winge away, thats what we're here for!!!

Olivias appointment went well in that she has no contact allergies, so that leaves us with why is she getting that rash. Dr seems to think it looks better, so I have to keep her on the ABs til Monday, then try her with bread with yeast, then vegimite a few days later to see if its yeast. HHHHmmmmm

Went to Target and forgot about the toy sales...omg its busy there. I got Olivia a new born baby doll, something that looks similar to her!!! Am going to try and teach her that I have one of those in my belly...dont know if it will work, but see how it goes. I also went to the ABC shop and got ther the upsey daisy book, which turned her from a sokkey child into a very quiet one

Am trying to get her to sleep now. Shes quiet in her cot so thats a good thing and I can hear her yawning. Fingers crossed she'll be asleep soon. Then, thats where I am heading!!!

    Take care

    LOve Melissa

Someone is relatively happy watching Hi5 so I just dropped in....
Oh Kel, Mel is right - whinging is what we are here for! Far out, I rarely post anything worth posting - if I waited for something to happen - might never post! Sorry you are stressed and having a shocker - do something nice for yourself - eat your fav take away dinner or some chocolate or have a bath (?) when Lil goes to bed?
Mel - Yeah I wouldnt have minded either really! Least its a go slow excuse when we move!! Gosh the mystery with Olivia's skin continues huh? Beau gets little spots around his mouth when he has vegemite, and has very waxy ears and his excema is bad atm- I was putting it down to the colder weather, I will be interested to know if it is the yeast. Does he think it had anything to do with her lip too or was that just impetigo? Dh was home at 12 today and watched In the Night Garden with Beau and it was pretty cute - DH knows where "Makka Pakka" comes from now LOL
    Anyway
    Have a good night

Hey Jen- you know I get the impression he has no idea!!! He seems to think its bacterial, hence the antibiotics. I should take a pic and post it. She looks like she is trying to impersonate Ronald Mc donald sometimes...the big red mouth! Poor little thing. Hopefully it will clear up soon and not scar. I think it did start with the impetigo though, then just got worse.
Have you had any offers on your house???

Hi girls! Gave myself another day off yesterday (20 sick leave days left and only 18 more weeks of work, it's like they WANT me to take time off!) and hit the Target sales. Bought all of Ben's Chrissy presents. He's only getting four things so I didn't go nuts. He has a ridiculous amount of Aunty's and Uncles so he gets thoroughly spoiled anyway. Only managed one present out of 9 for nieces and nephews. Oh well - five months to get organised.

Jen, are you thinking you will just have the one more bub? Did you try Shettles with Beau or was it just the luck of the draw? Isn't this weather bloody awful. Left my brolly at home this morning so I hope it clears up by this afternoon.

Mel, what a bugger that they still don't know what's happening with Liv's skin! Ben's eczma has flared up again, but I think it's just the cold.
Weren't the sales crazy yesterday? I found that everybody was really nice though. No cat fights or pushing in.

Kel, whinge away! We're all here for support and I can't imagine how hard it is for you right now.

Oh, I also went to Toys R Us yesterday and picked up two toys to give to Ben now. One is a wooden block with coloured pegs that you hammer into holes and one is a wooden base with wires on it and the wires have different coloured and shaped beads on it. The latter is Ben's favourite toy by a country mile and the only thing he will sit and play with for longer than three seconds - twenty minutes yesterday!!!! They were $8.50 each so if you're looking for some new, cheap toys - head to Toys R Us!

    Have a good day

    Hellooo!!
Yuck the weather is horrendous! We just came back from being out in it and now I have the a/c on and DH's slippers and my feet are like slabs of ice! I asked him to buy me some wellies and I got the whole "when we exchange contracts line".
Well we just got back from the solicitor to sign something but it wont be official till 3pm today so NO EXCITEMENT YET
Beau has a molar come thru - DH found it last night - might explain his random wakeups - he went to bed at 6;30 last night and was awake 15 min later til 8pm then slept thru til 6:30 so that was ok - except DH and I were awake from 3:30 playing footsies as we were nervous about today. We usually DTD to send us back to sleep but with AF - yucko! Sorry if TMI!
Mel - Well I guess at least he is trying all avenues - how has she been going with no yeast? Have you tried a barrier cream around her mouth like vas or something? Perhaps its all the constant moisture? How impossible to keep dry but! I have been slathering B with sorbelene after baths and he goes and leans on the couch before I get him dressed every darn time! He had red spots on his legs and bits before so I left his nappy off while he watched Wiggle and Learn and of course he did a big pee! He leaned over to get a better look and wouldnt stop touching his willy - it was quite funny really - Boys and there willies!!!

Dis - I know this weather is depressing - Oh no that you forgot your brollie! No we just did luck of the draw with Beau - after miscarriages I dont thing you really care what you have - I would like to try for a girl this time tho - but if I end up with 2 boys - no matter - I have asked Dh if he wants to try again after number two and he said "we'll see" - I think he thinks he will be getting too old! (he is 8yrs older than me).
    What about you guys?

Arrgghhh Kel!! That happens to me waaayyy to often too! How irritating! Hey I have been meaning to ask if you have any final names picked out?

Hey Kris - hope you aren't buried under a toy mountain at the target lay by counter!

Ok have to go and have a ham and cheese toastie to warm me up

Jen, molars are fab aren't they? Ben's got four now and the last couple of days he's been dribbling heaps and sticking his fingers in there again. I thought they were fully through, but obviously they aren't

I have my fingers crossed for you but don't want to say it out loud!

We're planning on three (we even have our Disney 2014 trip planned around three kids! LOL). Knowing our luck we'll have twins next and end up having to buy a new car and everything LOL.

On some positive news - I told DH that we have to book our Japan accommodation for 2010 next week to get a good deal at the Hilton and he didn't bat an eyelid. Japan is ON! Woohoooooooo!

Best of luck Jen- hope this is the day for you. I would be awake at that time too, nervous as all get up and go!!! Olivia does that too- both the pee thing and touching herself and rubbing herself on everything when i've just put sorbalene on her. little bugger!!!! He skin looks the best it has been today. I went through all my mobile phone pics and noticed that her rash started to get really bad just after her 1st birthday. I have to keep it moisturised because it dries so quickly and cracks and bleeds. I am only using qv moisturiser now and thats it. I have used just about everything in the book. At least this stuff is thick and soaks in.

Mel- thats a sickie a week- fantastic. Its cold in melbourne but at least its not miserable. Sounds like you had a fun day shopping.

Kel- bugger the computer. I am hoping that you were having a good whinge on your lost post coz you deserve to have a good one. Hope youre feeling better too. Is lil still sick???

Kristttiiiiiiieeee- its the echo, shes lost in Target under a huge pile of toys. Oh your so lucky! I just dont have the room for so much stuff. Never mind

Me- well I just polished of a big lamb kabab with garlic sause...now I feel eeekk!!! I went shopping at Kmart and got myself some tops. All the winter stuff is clearing and on top of that they have 25% off. Got quite a few maternity tops for under $10! Also brought a slow cooker and went food shopping. Still havent packed away my groceries coz am supposed to be doing some online banking, but am waiting for the money to transfer. Olivia is a day care, which is good coz its been a mad rush today. So on that note, I am going to do stuff before I go pick her up...better put my speed skates on!!!

    have a great day

    Love Melissa

Mel- must have posted at the same time....we want 3. Overseas trips with 3...OMG. Wow your lucky, Japan then the USA...can I come!

    Hi girls,

I'm going to try again, LOL!

Well after a few pretty hard, teary days, with dreadful mood swings and crying til I puked, I think I'm over the worst of this flu and moodyness (for now, LOL!) and Lily is on the mend too. She's teething now (of course!) getting her four incisor teeth. She dribbling like crazy and has bitten through 3 dummies and flattened them!! My poor little monkey. She's been sleeping better with only 2 wake up in the past few nights. DH took last night off work too and looked after Lily all night and the morning. So I got a great sleep (I think I over slept!) and actually slept in til 9am!! My house is actually close to back to normal and I've eaten properly for the first day in about a week, and I made Lil a propper lunch and dinner, not just tinned spaghetti or cheese sandwiches! Kinda lucky she was sick too cause she was off her food anyway, LOL.

Disgirl, that's how I was feeling by the time I was due to finish work and I was only working 2-3 days a week. I took a day off a week at the end!
LOL @ Ben and his toys. It's always the way isn't it, you spend hundreds of $$ on some things they hardly play with and then it's the cheapest things you get that they love. Thats why I don't really buy expensive toys. Besides I don't have an outdoors area to put big toys! But really Lily is happiest with a basket full of clothes, seriously! She empties and refills it repetitively and then sits in it and sings 'row row row your boat'!
We're only planning on 2. I always said I want 4, but after this pg, I don't think I could do it again. I really don't like being pg. Even though my pg are actually pretty easy, it just doesn't suit me. You know how some women absolutely glow when they're pg, well I'm soooo not one of them!
Woooohoooo on Japan!! You lucky bugger!

Jen, this weather is depressing! It's so cold and wet and miserable. I did some washing today (we're getting desperate for undies and jarmies!) in the hope it would be like yesterday and just be grey all day, but NOOOOOOOOO it started p!ssing down about half an hour after I put it out. So Lily's wearing a tracksuit to bed, I had to hand wash a pair of undies for me and DH and dry it in front of the heater and I'm wearing clothes to bed...at least I won't have to get dressed in the morning, hahaha!!!!
Nope we have no names set in stone yet. We have a few options, but DH keeps on changing his mind on if he likes them or not, so I'm just going to wait til bubs is born. So far we have Owen, Lachlan or Callum these names keep coming up so I think they are the likely options. Middle names Jeffery/James/Jack/Matthew. But then it will most likely change anyway, so don't be surprised if when we have bubs he ends up named Freddy or something!
LOL @ your pg scare! Although it wouldn't be a bad thing for you, it's probably better timing if you wait til after you sell and move house, and maybe even settle in a little!
I'll say it quietly, but 'good luck with selling your house'.

Mel, I hope you can sort out Olivias skin problem soon. Lil's had a really bad rash around her mouth for about 3wks now, but I asked the pharmisist and then the dr about it and they just said its from teething and her constantly being wet around the mouth. And to use sorbalene on it, so that's what I've been doing, but since she's been on antibiotics it's gotten worse.
Ugh, hun a kebab.....at the moment I couldn't think of anything worse!!!! I hope you're feeling better. And that'll teach ya! LOL!
I was thinking of getting a few new tops and things for myself, but I only have 3 wks to go (no more than 5!!!) til baby is here and I'll need all new stuff again, so I didn't bother. But I sooo need some nice new clothes. I'm so sick of maternity clothes, these maternity clothes! I feel like all I've worn for two years is mat. clothes!

Anyway, my little lady is getting the grumps and needs to go to bed. If I've missed anyone, I'm sorry, and hi! This has taken me an hour to type out, LOL!

    Hey All,
Wow Mel thats good you have the culprit! Yay! I guess its localised around her mouth so thats where it shows up the worst? Does she get red bits down below too? He he on your kebab- I just made roast chicken with garlic sauce! No, no official sale yet, they were supposed to sign on Friday but their financial assessor is coming tomorrow as they didnt have 'unconditional loan approval' and the building assessor said our wiring is "old" derrrrr its a 100yr old terrace! Hurry the ***k up already!
Us - yeah we are ok - Beau had another 3hr sleep today - he is definately teething as he does these mega kips then, he poked me right in the eye before and I got such a shock I burst into tears and he came over and gave me a big open lipped kiss and a cuddle. You know when you feel like you just get grabbed and poked all day? He will take my hand now when I outstretch it and that melts my heart just about! Makes up for it!
I have discovered this amazing collage website called 'polyvore' and have been busy making mood boards of our new house. I am sad. Oh well. Frustrated designer. Keeps my mind off stupid real estate for 5min.
OK Dh is in the shower I am going to ride his coat-tails.
    Love to all
    Sweet dreams of beautiful babies
