Once again its been days since i have had time to log on here. Its school holidays here and my days seem to be full of appts. I feel so bad that i cant keep up with whats going on with you all like i did when i was pregnant.
We have been trying to sort Chardonnay out, she's still very unsettled. We put her on AR formula and it didnt do anything, so we put her on S26 Soy formula and so farrrrrrrrrr she seems alot better. If this doesnt work then i will try goat formula as a last resort.
Does anyone's babies have spots on thier faces and heads? C does and she has very dry, scaly skin on her ears too, like exzema or dermatitis. Im wondering if she has a milk allergy and its coming out in her skin and with her being extemely unsettled with reflux symptoms. Its so hard isnt it, you just have to use trial and error until you find what works.
Im getting a bit closer to fixing my stomach issues. Got the biopsy results and i dont have the helibactor bacteria, which is sort of bad really cos if i did i would be on antibiotics now and be on the road to recovery. One of the biopsies showed white blood cells and the recommendation was to test me for celiac, which means no gluten if i have it. I had the blood test for that on thursday. I also have to go on a stronger antacid which means i have to stop breastfeeding I cant beleive that, i finally get breastfeeding working for once (even though its not exclusive BF, i still feed her every day) and now i have to stop it cos of medical reasons. But i cant not take these meds, we need to get the inflamation in my oesophegus down, so need the stronger meds to do it.
kel- I would ring up the ENT and plead your case with them to get Lily in earlier, poor little girl, i know how horrible it is, i went through 7 mths worth of it with Ren
I hope you are all well, sorry no personals, soooooooo much to read. One day i will be able to keep up.
