I am at my wits end at the moment - our 7 yo STOLE his sister's Nintendo DS AGAIN and took it to school AGAIN (and obviously got caught again!) I just don't know what to do with him anymore! Banning him from stuff doesn't work, taking stuff away doesn't work, talking to him doesn't work, punishing him doesn't work ... but I'm sure we'll find something that does

awww i hate it when it gets lika that ive worked out with my son what ay do is give him something really GREAT and cool and then ya use that to take away from him. Well here i dont have a Nintendo DS mind you he wants one :s but we have an old nintendo 64 and i take that away from him and that works. as for DD we take reading away at night and that ALWAYS works. Actually i was looking about ebay for some 64 games need to buy some more so i have something to take away.
pixie i got badly burnt yesterday so i sympathise !!
