Bec - aren't all the telco's useless??? :p
Mel - tsk tsk tsk naughty girl!!! ;)
I have been packing boxes, mainly to get all the aggro out from a fight I had with the sticky nose busy body biatch down the street .... we have lived here for over 3 years now, and ONLY NOW does she come to my door ABUSING me about our cats! :wall: She's one of those crazy wild life environmentalists (I'm not saying they're all crazy, but she is!)
So 2 hours of ferocious-packing-and-sorting-out-junk later, I am feeling a BIT better, but seriously, where TF does she get off?????
Anyways, gonna finish my hot cuppa while my little man is still asleep and hopefully get some more work done! (These boxes ain't gonna pack themselves .... although ...) :p
Happy 5 months Beth! :cheer:
Just checkin in quickly, just got home and have put K down so I can have something to eat! No doubt he will wake soon as he's due for a bottle.... bbl
Just got back from our weigh in....6.82 kgs! Thats a gain of 270g in 12 days. pretty good!
MM: they are but i think Telstra take the cake!!
Wow Beck no wonder she has been running you ragged! Great weight gain!
Sash I think you're right about Kye hitting the 10k mark!
MM poo to your nasty neighbour == at least you're moving away soon!
Vic hope you had a good time at MG - just got back from mine....
running around like a headless chook today... have a great weekend everyone :hello:
Hi All :)
Hope you have had a good week and are loking forward to a fabulous weekend!!
We have my SIL's wedding tomorrow, so got a busy day ahead! Oh and I was very excited that I am wearing a dress I bought last year and wore when I was about 6 weeks preggers and, it fits and my boobs aren't bursting out the front
I am also planning a surprise for DH on Sunday, just hoping that it isn't going to be too hot!! Want to take him up to do one of a favourite waterfall walks, and maybe finish off with a glass of wine ;)
How was your mothers group Pixie?
All bar one mum and bub made it to ours, and OMG the changes in the bubs is just amazing!! And everyone came with solids, it was such a different day!! Fabulous!!
Mel... three words for you hun... You're a Tease!!!!!!
What a great gain Beckoes!! gace seems to be doing all the right things :)
Looking forward to Kye's next weighin.. 10kg :o
My thoughts on Telstra..... should be really called Toolstra!!
Oh I am super excited!! Two friends called this week to say they are UTD, both due in July!!!
Grr MM, I'll tell her WTG!!! PMSL about the Pooey nappies, they NEVER happen when you want, Nakita does them, just before going out, just bfore bed and right after a bath :wall: but I have to say that now she is on solids, the poo's are more often but sooooo much better to clean off the cloth than the plain BF poos!!!
MT yay for Jett sleeping longer - that is awesome!! Was nappy washing day here too!!
Well better be off get the washing off the line, and make a cuppa before N's late feed!
I probably won't post for the next day or two, but might get to read....
BBBBBBYYYYYEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!! Sleep bubbas Sleep!!! xxoo
Just a quick one here.... going waterskiing today...yay!!
MM - Poo to that stoopid neighbour! We have alot of those people around here. Our council even tried to bring in a 24 hour cat curfew, but thankfully there are too many people with cats who kicked up a stink over that one. Everyone is happy with the dusk til dawn curfew, but fairs fair, they need to go outside too! Mine certainly does, the house would be destroyed if she didn't, and god knows where she would pee cos she refuses to use kitty litter! Grrrr!
I was walking around the shops just holding Jett yesterday and for the first time ever my arms got tired holding him. He has really packed the weight on in the last few days. I can't wait for weigh in now!!
And he slept through til 5 this morning, had a quick feed and went straight back to sleep until 7.30!!
OK, off now! Enjoy your Saturdays!!
Sasha: 10kgs!! wow! bet hes hard to carry around!! DH says ive got great back and arm muscles from carrying DD!
Beema: waterfall walk sounds great!!have fun! I have three friends pregnant! one due in a few months and two in july!! lol about badly timed poos!! G seems to always...every day...do one at 4.45am, just after first feed!! could set a clock by it! lol
MT:Good sleeping!!
G slept better again last night! but awake at 4am again, i took her into bed with me again and she fed, i went to sleep again and was woken at 4.45 by her trying to pull my lips/eye lids off, fingers up the nose etc! nice:lol:
We had a better night last night too. K didnt wake up at all. Put him to bed at 8pm and he slept through until his normal waking time, 5:15am :hooray:
It was alot cooler here last night so that may have something to do with it :dunno: Hopefully he is settling down again with his sleep patterns :crossfingers:
He had the Rafferty's Pumpkin, Sweet Corn and Apple last night. He likes it so thats another one to add to the list. I also brought the spinach, broccoli, Apple and Pea one too but havent tried it yet; will give it a go tomorrow I think once I have finished the ones that are open so yeah he likes the Banana, Mango and Pear one and the Pumpkin, SC and apple one
Gotta fly... bbl for personals maybe!
Hi guys, just a quick one.
aricyn's birthday today, so we are in and out. Already trekked to brisbane and got stuck in traffic on the way back to the coast, done the grocery shopping, and now about to go to the IL's.
Hope everyone is having a nice weekend!
:bluecheer: HAPPY BIRTHDAY ARICYN!!!!! :happybirthday:
Sash - yay for all the foods Kye is enjoying!! I gave Veygas an organic rusk stick yesterday and he devoured half of it!!
MT - one of our cats (we have 5 :o) also refuses to use cat litter, and he usually wakes us up meowing between 3am and 5am so we give in and let him out (otherwise he pees wherever he likes and usually on our bed to p*ss us off - oh the irony!) But he just lays in the garden all day anyway, doesn't chase or catch anything! A couple of the others though, have been bringing wild rabbits to the door .... but they are a pest anyway, right?
Bec, Sash, MT - woohoo for your sleeping bubs!!
We had a shocker last night, Veygas was awake ever hour from 6pm to midnight! Finally got him settled and off to bed, then he slept til 7.30am! Wondering if it had anything to do with that rusk stick though :dunno:
Vic - hope your waterfall walk goes as planned - sounds beautiful!
Mel - Happy Birthday to A for yesterday, hope he had a fun day!!
Well K only woke up once last night and that was at 20 past midnite but he didnt have as much to drink yesterday (780ml for the day) so I'm guessing that was the reason. Gave him a bottle and he went straight back to sleep. Slept until 4:50am which was a little too early for me so brought him into bed and he slept for another hour hehe
Just a quick one from me for now, gotta get some stuff done while K is asleep!
Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend! :hello:
:happybirthday: Aricyn!!
MM - My cat is a hunter, but the biggest she has come home with is a pigeon, also a pest, and that was when she was a very active 1 year old. She used to stalk our chickens when she was a kitten but they put her in her place fairly early on so she just caught the mice in the pen instead!! Now we rarely get anything, maybe a mouse, frog or skink but as you can see she isn't quite as ambitious these days!! And yeah, I don't think wild rabbits are a problem!! And I have to admit I let her out at night sometimes too, only because she comes in and shreds paper in my house, anything she can get her teeth in to - bills, cards, money...
We had another good night last night, only one wake up, but we're still not back to perfect yet!! :crossfingers: it happens soon.
I had a thought this morning about his sleeping and unsettledness. I was still wrapping him until last week and then after the worst night I started putting him in his sleeping bag instead. Since then we have only been getting the one wake up through the night. Is anyone else still wrapping?
Hi everyone,
happy birthday aricyn!!!
i sorta feel like im the intruder in this group getting so hard to keep up.
yesterday josh spent 6 hours in the baby pouch and was great i did stop to buy some suncream tho as i thought he could be getting burnt. One lady said "what a chubby little boy" wow thats a first for me with him.
well things are happening but nothing that fab i guess. passport saga's and other stuff josh developing but ahhh yeah thats it bye
keep well everyone.
Squidipa!!! You are definitely not an intruder in this group! We miss you but understand you're busy so just pop in when you can! yay for the chubby comment!:
i sorta feel like im the intruder in this group getting so hard to keep up
MT I still wrap at night, but my wraps are starting to get a bit small for madam!
Sash fingers crossed K is back to perfect soon
MM hope the packing is going well... not long now
Mel hope the big A had a great day yesterday!
:hello: to everyone else!
We are having settling issues.... but I think I just need a new routine.... will have to ponder that one!
Pixie- That is interesting. Because we have both been experiencing the unsettledness, I wonder if they are just trying to tell us that they are over being wrapped? I actually did a few nights of wrapping but from his armpits instead of over the shoulders so that both arms were free. This gave him the comfort of the firm wrapping on his belly but his arms were free. He thought it was wonderful that first night, kept plying with Daddy's face and arm and then turning and playing with Mummy's face and then playing with his hands and fingers until he fell asleep. Since then he treats it as normal, and as per my previous post has slept alot better and not quite so restless. Maybe worth a try?
Squidipa - you are def not an intruder!! Everyone gets busy, I have noticed most people struggle to do personals these days and it is always because we are so busy with our bubs and life in general. Don't feel guilty or bad about it, because we are all in the same situation and if anyone is going to understand it is going to be us!! Chubby comment - way to go Josh!! I haven't had one of those either, I just get the "Oh, he's so tiny...." hehe.
Ok, time to go out. :hello: to everyone! I hope you are all enjoying your....what day is it?.....Sunday!!
MT:I found i was havinf to get up loads to re-wrap G so stopped wrapping a few weeks ago, i find she sleeps SO much better at night with out being wrapped, even with the recent unsettledness, (not due to not being wrapped) IYKWIM. Have tried a few times to leave unwrapped in the day but she isnt quite ready for that.
Happy Birthday Aricyn!!
Well, the sleep issues seem to be calming down, or atleast taking a different turn! We went out for lunch yesterday and G didnt sleep while we were out, so by the time we got home at 3pm she was so tired, put her down for a snooze but had to wake her at 5pm, otherwise it would have totally messed her night up! SHe was fine and just went to bed abit later than normal, had 2 wake ups in the night (12 and 3) but she slept till 5.30!!!
Hi to everyone else, got to go, heaps of stuff to do while G is sleeping!!
MTI wish it was that.... unfortunately I have had these battles at naptime as well and I don't normally wrap her then.... but gave up on the wrap tonight.... and she is lying in bed kicking her little feet like crazy to make her mobile move.... I've given up trying to help her sleep as long as she's not screaming I'm out here. I'll let you know if she goes better without the wrap but as it happens at naptime too, I daren't hope that is it!:
I wonder if they are just trying to tell us that they are over being wrapped?
hey all :hello:
Veygas WILL NOT sleep uless he is wrapped - night time or nap time! But I do the sane thing as MT, wrapping from the arm pits down, and have done this for a while cause V likes sucking his thumb!
Squidipa - you are SO NOT an intruder! Hun, I know how busy life can be!
Well, we had a saga and a half today. Got up a bit later this morning ... well, by the time V had been fed and changed it was close to 9.30am ... Did the usual, opened the door for the cats, put a load of nappies on, had breakfast, hung out nappies, put another load of washing on, had a shower ... I'm sure you get the picture! ;)
Anyways, around 12.30pm, the phone rings - it's the RSPCA ... one of our cats has been taken in ... I was able to tell them a) which cat it was; b) where she was "picked up"; c) that a man had taken her in ... the woman was astounded (you see this has happened before) ...
Funny thing is, I had a feeling after the confrontation with that stupid wildlife freak the other day that something was gonna happen to one of our cats ... other funny thing is that she was "found" (*cough* yeah right! my a$$!) in a suburb 10 minutes DRIVE away from us that is ONLY accessible via the highway! NO WAY could she have walked there in 2.5 hours (she is a little thing) - considering the RSPCA is another half hour or so on from there!
So, I know who did it and I know she did it to p*ss me off and to spite me  and the STUPID thing is there is NOTHING I can do about it ... the police said she is well within her rights to take the animal to the RSPCA, despite the fact that our cats have collars with their names and PHONE NUMBERS (yes home and mobile) on them! God it's a sad life if all you've got to do with your time is make other people miserable ... GGGrrrr thing is every time she has done it, it costs US to get our cats back when she has basically taken them from right outside our house!!!
So now our poor kitty cats are being held hostage in their own house because I just can't risk this happening again, being so close to moving :( Don't get me wrong, I had every intention of keeping them inside the day and night before we move, but this woman is just crazy ... But you know what, I think I'll just let karma take care of her .... ;)
Anyway, sorry for ranting and venting but our cats are like our kids and I sooooo hate stoopid people!
Night all!
mwah! xxx
mm that sounds so frustrating, good thing you are moving. How much dos it cost every time when you have to go collect them? I have heard of ppl recording the neighbors and finding them taking the pet off of your property then taking them into rspca, I wonder if maybe your annoying neighbor is also doing this too.
Feeling home sick i was last night a bit teary so was up till 3, I told hubbie but think he was pre occupied and didnt realize how home sick i was and how much im missing my family. I havnt even told them i am going to nz as i feel guilty. But have decided i have to tell my dad soon. I am closest to my dad i am :)
well everyone have a good day hope your babies all behaved last night.
Squidipa - for feeling homesick :(
It only costs $23 each time, but when you have 5 cats and a neighbour who obviously takes great pleasure out of doing it ... well, it starts to add up
DP suggested writing her a letter telling her that due to her actions and what it had cost us, and that money had to come from somewhere, so why not the cats' food budget, so we have no choice but to let them out at night to find alternate meals to the ones we could no longer provide for them! Just to rile her up you know! ;)
My suggestion was to add that any decent human being would ring the number on the tag, obviously realising it was a local number, oh but as she didn't then she mustn't be decent! And only a heartless, sour old busy body would upset small children by taking their pet away and traumatising them!
Poor kitties have been going stir crazy today, locked inside ... and that means the kids have been inside and stir crazy too!! Which in turn means stir crazy mummy
Aaaaah so much to do, so little time ....
Oooh, I wrote a post out this morning but stoopid internet never loaded it. I did copy it but forgot it hadn't posted and now I've deleted it!! Oh well
I did say MM that is just so unfair. We had a similar situation with our dog a little while back, it really ****es you off. Poor kitty.
Well, went and had Jett weighed today. I was feeling excited knowing that Jett has put a fair bit of weight on in the last week. Got him undressed, popped him on the scales and :jawdrop: he's only put on 375grams in the last 6 weeks. Can't tell you how disappointed I am. I am ok about it this time, I'm lucky I have a MCHN who judges on the individual baby rather than by the graphs and scales. She looked at him and could see he was happy and he looks healthy so she concluded that he's just a small baby and not to stress about it. Next appt is in 4 weeks so she really isn't bothered at all. His stats are now:
Length: 65cm
Head Circ: 41.7cm
Weight: 6075gms
So height he has managed to stay around the 50% mark but everything else is still around 10%. Oh well.....until next time!
MT - hun, it's good that you have a positive MCHN! As long as Jett is happy and healthy that's all that matters right? If it's any consolation, my last visit, Veygas had lost 300grams in 4 weeks ...
MM :omg: did that freak you out? Jett can't afford to lose anything, but as long as it is a gain and Jett's happy and healthy she isn't worried!! Thankfully! I think if she wasn't a lactation consultant I reckon she would have been pushing for formula. But because she is I think she has more of an understanding of how breastfed babies appear as compared to the scales. She even said to not weigh him too often cos that will just stress me out unnecessarily because he is just fine.
On a brighter note, Jett had some carrot earlier. I wasn't going to start solids for another month but we sat down to eat and Jett was being grizzly so DH was holding him. He leant forward to get something off his plate and absolutely cracked it when DH wouldn't let him. So I cooked him up some carrot sticks and let him go to it. He seemed to think it was a bit of alright, sucking and gumming it until it was all squished!! Must have seemed like an interesting new toy!! I don't think he swallowed any, but we'll see what comes out in his poo!! Speaking of poo, I think that it the reason for all the grizzling tonight...we are on day 5 afterall so the time bomb is ticking!! :hide:
Mt, im sorry about the small gain for 6 weeks big hug but regardless of scale figures Jett seems happy and fine so i wouldn't be so concerned as Bf babies are so much smaller than those stupid graphs. Its only recently that josh has even appeared on any graphs, also joshies weight gain is slowing right down too. At least your height is saying consistent thats great too and on 50% we arnt 50% on anything but i know i got a happy healthy very loved Josiahman, so what more could we ask for?.... im gonna weight him this morning but i am not expecting much tomorrow is official weigh in tho.
MT  sorry to hear about the little gain.... hope he stacks it on for you soon
MM I still can't get over the cat thing! you must be so glad to be moving away from that woman!
Squiddy good luck with Josiah's weighing
Well, we are still having nap issues but yeah yesterday she had 2.5 hrs sleep between 7am and 10pm . I keep thinking I'm going to stop trying to put her to sleep and just let her crash where she falls... but then she falls asleep (ie feeding, in the car or the pram) and I try to put her in bed, she wakes up and cracks it, but I try to put her to sleep because I figure she must be tired and the battle begins! Gave her farex yesterday afternoon (I wasn't going to but she saw me eating cereal yesterday morning and tried to steal it) and omg she loved it! I had to make more!
Pixie - Jett tries to steal DH's cereal too! Grabs his spoon and shoves it in his mouth. We just figured he liked the cold spoon against his gums. for the nap battles. We don't do anything out of the ordinary, but he does fight it a bit during the day. As soon as he starts to grizzle, or goes really quiet and stops what he's doing I put him where I want him to sleep. Then I make sure he has no toys or distractions and I stop talking to him but quite often keep a hand on his belly and then he drifts off to sleep. In the car we have no problem. Most trips he crashes out on!! But once I wake him up from them he aint going back to sleep in a hurry and so then he becomes overtired!! I have been known to sit in the car with him at home with a book or a DVD (we have a DVD player in the car) to just let him get the sleep in that he needs.
Squidipa - Good luck with the weigh in. Joshie won't take long to catch up judging by the way he has been going lately!
:hello: to everyone else!
I'm off for a walk today and then catch up with a friend and her baby who was born a week before Jett. Going to be a hot one - 39 degrees, but not as hot as Adelaide! So my sympathies Vic and Kel!
Ok gotta go get ready, have a fabbo day everyone!
Hi all :)
MT - I'm glad you have some good support around you that really know what is going on with those graphs. I wasn't very happy when DD lost 300g either.
Hello to everyone else - you know I love you, so no comments needed ;)
Better get off BB and play with the kids!
MT - the weight loss did freak me out a bit, but being bub #4, I soon got over it ... I just figured because he was more active, he was burning calories  We are back up to minimum 6 feeds a day again! :o I gotta do some research on what I can start feeding him (coz of his eczema ...)
Mel - you know we love you too!!
Pixie - yeah, we are glad we are moving away from her ... but you know, I was thinking about it, and (don't get me wrong, I have absolutely nothing against native animals) but in the WILD wild, those animals she rescues would be left for dead due to the natural laws of survival of the fittest ... so is she really doing them any favours? At the end of the day, she would be releasing "domesticated" native animals that are only going to be shunned by their own species (and probably attacked and killed anyway :dunno:) IMO, it's doing more harm than good .... just a thought anyway (I am prone to random thoughts!)
Anyway, loads to do, :crossfingers: I get it all done in time!
MT she used to just fall asleep sometimes under the playgym but now she can sit up she kind of doesn't use it anymore. I find I'm feeding her to sleep (although all the books say not to and I can understand why) because I just can't seem to get her down any other way without an hour of stressful coaxing. She had a half hour nap at 9.30 and again at 1.30.... she woke up about five minutes ago, but she just grizzled a bit... I went and rocked her once, said it's still sleepytime, and after a few more minutes of grizzling she's gone quiet.... fingers crossed she has gone back to sleep. ARGH! I can't believe I'm obsessed with naps!
MM if natural selection were allowed to operate without interference you would probably find that your neighbour hadn't infiltrated the gene pool in the first place
I just saw on FB that Kel84 might have split from her DP.... hope she is OK, she hasn't been on here in a while.
Pixie, dont worry i do the same, everyone says ''you shouldnt feed her to sleep'' but if its what works then you should do it!! I tried not doing it for a week and it was HELL for all!!:
I find I'm feeding her to sleep (although all the books say not to and I can understand why) because I just can't seem to get her down any other way without an hour of stressful coaxing.
But i know what you mean, if you wake them up when trying to put them down its all over!! that happened this morning and i was just to tired to persist once she was crying so got her up and let her play quietly for half an hour till she looked tired and tried again. went no probs the second time.
MT:  re: sitting in the car, good idea though.
does anyone else go to a play group?? are they good? I dont have a mothers group or a circle of friends with babies...have a few...and most my friends with kids are either in sydney or england...im joining a play group tomorrow i think, or friday.
hi to all.
Beck - I think there is a group meeting up tomorrow - we are trying to make it every wed, and do alternate houses, so everyone gets a turn. You are most welcome to join in too.
 The biatch was parked RIGHT OUTSIDE my house earlier today too ... I really don't trust her and get the feeling she is up to more no good! Do you think if I rally and get enough people to pettion the concil, they will make it illegal to trap domesticated animals during daylight hours?? After all, it is legal for cats to be out dawn to dusk ...
When DS1 was 12 days old, I joined a mothers group run by the local ECHC ...after 12 months, there were 4 or 5 of us who still met (roughly half of the original group) and by 18 months, there were 3 of us .... two of us went on to be pregnant with our #2 bubs at the same time (our #1's were both 3 by the time #2's were born). A few months later, I moved out of the area. Tried a playgroup when #3 was born (#1 was at school by this time) but never really settled in ... so no groups of any sort here, but I think thy really help when it's your first bub! :)
 re: nosy neighbour not infiltrating the gene pool!! MM you should call the cops when her car is parked outside and say she is acting very suspicious and you believe she is stalking you!! Or casing the joint....or has threatened you and the kids!!
Bec - We have a mothers group here run by the MCH service. There is only 4 of us in it, but it is a fun gathering, and as a group we now have a couple of others who join us casually when they are free. Like you I don't have friends with kids nearby and it is really nice to get together and share our experiences and chat about our kids achievements and issues. It also means that we can go and do activities with the kids that we otherwise may not on our own. IMO it is worth it. I know some mothers groups can be competitive though and that can be horrible to be part of! I hope your playgroup is lovely!
Hi everyone :hello:
Yesterday was my first full day at work WITHOUT taking Nakita :( Although I was a bit sad driving to work in the end I got a lot done and my MIL did jobs around the house :) She folded a couple of loads of washing that were on the line and put another load out for me, did the ironing and made our bed... and she had a lovely day with little miss N.. so in the end it was a good day and she is hoping to come down one day a fortnight - which is fab!
The wedding on Saturday went reasonably well, except for the part where the groom had half a bottle of vodka before and during his speech.... after that he went for a walk hehe. But it all turned out well in the end :)
Waterfall walk wasn't soo successful  Complained that he was going to get sunburnt and that it was too hot, it was 29 and we went at 4pm so the sun wasn't very strong and a lot of the walk was shaded *SIGH* But as a suprise we dropped into a friends house who were back from Sydney for the weekend and we had drinks dinner and then didn't leave until 11pm :o which was very successful, so 1 outa 2 aint bad.
I am just trying wrapping N under the armpits at the moment to see how she goes, she has always been a doubled wrapped bub... so lets see if it works.
Beckoes, we go to two playgroups, premmie playgroup at the WCH (hospital where N was born) it is run by a physio and an OT (Occupational Therapist), they review the bubs development, give us extra hints tips etc, and are on the ball picking up any issues, we also get a lot of specialist coming in each week, dieticians, psychologists etc, we are also having session on CPR and chocking, and other really useful sessions. We meet weekely, during the term at the hosy, but during the holidays we are still meeting at each others houses or the botanical gardens.
Our other playgroup has come from our sessions with the CYHN "getting to know your baby" which we were booked it. We are in a group where Nakita is almost the oldest but shoud be the youngest... but it is a fantastic group and there are 8 or 9 mums and bubs, we meet each week at each others house, plus generally catch up with each other to go shopping, swimming or just chilling out.
Both of my groups are brilliant, and I find it really valuable to chat with mums who had had prems as they really understand what you have been through and we get extra info that you wouldn't normally get and my other group we are making some long term friends :)
Aurghhh it hit 42 here today, that is just too hot!!!
Yay, less than 8 min and N is asleep!!
Grr MM ooo she sounds
MT big :hugs: even though we chat everyday anway thought you needed another cyber hug!! I wish I had your LC... but then again N lost weight after a heap of crappy gains, so I just have to live with it that we had to take action.
Oh Pixie, I saw that too, poor Kel, hope she is doing okay....
Good luck Squidipa, their gains often drop off now, I am not expecting much from N anymore, but she might be still doing her little catch up!!
And news Mel.... please....
Huge hi to everyone else I can't go back any further!! Hope you and your bubs are all doing well!!
Oh tried on my Bridesmaid dress last night,... gorgeous!! Off to help with the Bon Bon tonight hehe!!
xxoo
Video of N sleeping half wrapped :)
Nakita Sleeping and Sucking an Imaginary Dummy
She crashed quickly but unfortunately after 40min she awake and wouldn't go to sleep until she was fully wrapped *SIGH* oh well she just isn't ready :)
Night :)
Vic that's so cute - she's a real little chubba now! have you tried wrapping one arm in one arm out? that's what I've been doing... not ready to stop wrapping completely yet. Well we had a better day - nap went well at 1.30, she slept until 3 :leap: and tonight she is down (touch wood) after nearly an hour and a half of coaxing.
beck, we don't have a playgroup but my mum's group is awesome!!
pixie.. i hear ya on the baby grabbing of everything ya try to eat thats great that Beth loves farax josh was like ewwlll nope wouldn't have it.
i saw kel and her partner and Miss a at the shops the other day, and i did pm her about 2 weeks back. I hope all is o.k and well.
Vic love the clip... josh does the same thing but normally his mouth is open and his tounge rolls back and forth like a wave lol. We haqve the same cot sheets as you i also noticed.

thanks for the warm and best wishes for joshies weigh in tomorrow not expecting much maybe 200 or over.
well im outa here bye love to all. but before i do go does anyone find that bubs legs get a mark from the car seat belt? like joshies leg gets a mark where it sits over his leg but i cant make straps any bigger or else it would be unsafe its like his legs are tooo fat or something. This only happeneds when he brings his legs back in the car rather than straight out. he is still rearward facing.
Official weigh in results are
240 gain making him 7305grams
yay for josiah! catching up....
