Willow - We are the same with the sleeps - 3 a day and TBH I think she needs it. She can't get through the day without turning into a blubbering mess if she doesn't have the 3rd one. We are up at 7, do the school drop off at about 9 and she usually falls asleep in the car on the way home. After this our day is pretty unpredictable LOL What happens next depends on how long she sleeps for, anywhere between 30 mins and around 2 hours. But she is usually awake for the school pickup at 2.30 (but thats changing to 3.10 the week after next) and if she isn't she wakes up when we get there because its so loud. She also won't settle for the night until DD1 is asleep (about 8.30) and until I am there (we cosleep) so she goes to sleep fairly late anyway, but I find if the last nap is after about 6pm then we'll be awake until 11pmNot good! Sorry I'm not a lot of help really, I'm trying to just go with the flow - easier for me cause I don't have another LO at home either! - but the only thing I can think of is wake him up a bit early from the 2nd sleep maybe? Would he be too grumpy if you did that? I guess its sometimes a case of grinning and bearing it, hard to do I know when they are not sleeping at night much either
