Hi all! how is everyone going?

Misty- thanks for the heads up on the 6 weeks mark, Chloe has been quite whingy lately so that explains it...

Salboo- you poor thing, mastitis is terrible! try putting heat packs on your boobs and then feeding after that, i found that helped!

Koru- i think the little pimples are normal, most of my friends babies and chloe got them. they seemed to last about 2-3 weeks and as megan said the get redder with heat and after a feed. my dr said its a build up of hormones and they will just go on their own. And as for your husband working all the time...i hear you! mine took overtime (extra money does help though!) so i feel i havent seen him all week. rang him in tears the other day saying how hard it is being on my own with a screaming baby...afterwards i felt really bad though, he is only trying to do the right thing for his family!

Rhia- how did the infacol go? i tried it with no luck but not sure if maybe you need to use it for a while before it works?

Saffi- hows immis reflux? my dr said the same thing about it being typical for a 6 wk old bub. i was told to just ride it out but i think ill go see my regular dr for a 2nd opinion...i cant stand watching her in pain

Cass- did you get a swing? we rushed out and got one for Chloe when she was having a really bad bout of colic/reflux....love it! the only bad part is the crappy music they play, drives me insane!

AFU i have had a pretty crap week so hoping this one will be better!
i think chloe may now have reflux, rushed her to the drs the other day as she vomited 5 times in a row (which is not like her) and got told it is common at her age and to see if it continues! so pretty much, put up with it! im going to see another dr for a 2nd opinion.
i have been feeling very overwhelmed this past week, dont get me wrong im absolutely loving motherhood and wouldn't change it for the world, but am finding it difficult watching her in pain and not being able to do anything. Hoping she grows out of it soon!

on a happier note, we got our first smile the other day! sooooo excited!
