    Hi Girls ,

Darned it ...missed out on being first ](*,) hehehe.

Soph I am sorry that Lucie has to have an operation ..poor little mite. At least now you know what you have to deal with so you can get your head around it. Your poor little sparrow .....keep on tempting her with your yummy cooking and she will keep growing! WTG on the weight gain \/ Nice to get that reassurance that you are doing everything correctly , even though I am sure you know deep down you are it is still nice for a professional to confirm it. I went a little plain with the hair this time which I kinda regret ...not as blonde as I normally go!.

Jo I roughly mashed up the beans for Kaitlyn . She loved them all though in saying that she has had the runs really bad today so I wonder if that is related :-k probably not. Kaitlyn is like Sammy and LOVES her vegemite!. When Daddy arrived home today she was covered from head to toe in vegemite and was sucking madly on what was left of the toast it was once spread on hehe.

Yay Tracy on Indah sleeping until 7am with only a brief stir ! Funny how different your girls are!

Storm I hope you saved your floor!. Everytime I go out and leave the washing machine on I always hope it does not do that and destroy my floors while I am out! WTG Zac on the new toofie!

Kaitlyn had a better night last night , she woke at about 3am and I popped the dummy in and she slept through to 615am YAY ! And we have not used Bonjella today at all !.

We had mothers group today and then afterwards Louise , Maria , Kaitlyn and I plus another mum and bub went out to a recycle store and bought stacks of different material scraps . We are going to make the bubs little rugs with material of all different colours and textures for them to feel and play with ..fingers crossed they like them hehe

Other then that pretty quiet on the home front...Kaitlyn chatted ALL DAY...screeching away hehe..very cute.

Oh Kaitlyn tried pasta for the first time today and really enjoyed it!.

Thanks heaps Jo and Cass - yeap great to here a professional say it. So glad she is slowly getting there and that's all we can hope for I guess!

Cass - the rugs sound fab - what a brilliant idea!

Jo - You are such a busy woman that i don't think you need too many little projects!

Storm - Is Zac nearly 100% better now?

Hi everyone else. Just a quick post. It's getting cold but I actually love it! My sister goes home today so no more dinners cooked for us. I've really loved having her here, might even be a few tears when I have to say goodbye 'cos I don't know when I will see her again next

awww soph you must have a great relationship with your sis.Glad to hear you got some answers on Lucie's eaing & 300g is a good gain. Sorry she has to have on op, when do you get so see the specialist for it? Nah Zac still not that good, he has also just cut his 4th tooth, so it's been like a double whammy here this week, just wish the wheezing coughing & snotting would stop!!!

Hey Cass clever girls making a playmat!!Does Kaitlyn ofter wake up through the night for a feed? Or is she just stirring? Re the washing machine disaster............. the hose that connects to the pump had a split in it, ggrrrrr have to have the carpets done now, a man is coming at 12, & i have just about all my towels over the floor!! So much for the little slope thingy in the floor with the drain thingy working!!!!

    Congratulations on being first Jo
Not much luck TTC'ing ff keep moving my coverlines so I dont know what is going on LOL!!!!!!!!!

    Have a great weekend ladies

    Hi Girls

Brooke - I'm so glad to hear that Charlotte's appointment went well on Wednesday. (I did log in quickly that night to check how she went). What a relief for you! Have sent you a PM about the baby group too...

Soph - How great that you have such a sympathetic paed. It must have been nice to have a professional validate your concerns. It sounds like you are on to something with the vegies and 300g is a great weight gain. I hope the lump situation isn't causing you too much stress.

Storm - Poor little Zac, he's really going through it atm isn't he? I hope he is feeling better really soon. Eeek @ the washing machine disaster too!

Louise - Good to hear that the christening went so well. Great to hear that Maria was a little angel for the ceremony too!

Cass - Yay for a better night's sleep! The rugs sound like a great idea. How creative! I really should learn how to sew!

Jo - I don't know about needing a life - you sound like one of the busiest people I "know"!! I don't know how you do it! A night out with Darren will be nice. It's good to have a bit of alone time if you can get it!

Tracey - Ouchie @ Indah biting you! How funny about your girls being total opposites. I wonder what the next one will be like?

Fletch - Hope you are having a great time in Melbourne! Can't wait to hear all about it.

Georgie - How are you going? How is James? Sounds like you have been very busy...

Not too much happening with us. Josh is watching the football with his Dad again. (Now that they've finished watching the wrestling!) He hasn't really been himself for the last few days - waking at weird times through the night and not sleeping as well as he usually does during the day. I'm wondering if there's a tooth or some sort of change on the way? He's still not eating heaps, but we've found something else that he enjoys - mashed banana. He tried it for the first time this week and he loves it. He's starting to get into his rusks too.

Well, that's about it for now. Hope everyone's having a nice weekend!

So sad that your sis is going home Soph I am lucky as my sister and mum come over every Saturday as DH works..so nice for Kaitlyn and I !. Today my sister even helped me do my shopping then put it all away for me while I put Kaitlyn to bed...arnt sisters the best.

dust: :bdust: Storm. I hope the floors have come up nice and clean...and dry!

    Bec
we missed you at mothers group on Friday. I cant take the credit for the sewing of the rug as Louise is provided the machine and the manpower hehe.

:bdust: dust: to you as well Brooke!. How is Charli doing?.

Well girls we have had a horrible day today . Poor Kaitlyn has had the runs for two days and her little bum and EVERYTHING front to back is bright red and swollen. She is in so much pain I have tried nappy off time , plenty of sorbolene cream and also nappy rash cream and nothing is helping yet . I just had to give her some panadol as it hurts her so much , she flinches when I put cream on her ..poor baby. Had another bad night last night with poor Kaitlyn waking at 3am for a feed and then not falling back to sleep until after 5am ..arghh ...crazy kid!. Anyway we have only had potato and pumkin today to try and settle her poor belly. So hard as it hurts her to be carried on my hip

I hope you are all having a great weekend.

Ah lots of the bubbas sound a bit out of whack at the moment. Maybe there's another full moon coming!

Brooke - So good that Charlotte's leg seems to be ok. Hope she settles down soon again for you. Oh how exciting re the TTC, really hope you get a BFP in a few days time. Be sure to let us know!

Oh Cass poor little Kaitlyn with the runs. DH has had them too for the last few days and I am just [-o< Lucie doesn't catch it! Is she any better today?

Bec - Ah another small eater like my Lucie and Zac boy It's ok, they are all members of the feather-weight club!

Storm - How is the TTC going for you guys? Wow on tooth no 4! How is the beautiful boy today?

Thanks everyone re your comments on the paed visit. To be honest I'm not too worried about the lump at the moment. Annoying though because the paed surgeon we have to see is in Southport (QLD) - not exactly convenient! So I guess the op will be up there too. I'd rather it was a bit closer to home so Lucie can quickly get back into her own environment, but oh well. And great too that 300g is a good gain, goodness know how she does it!

Lucie doesn't have any more teeth since the bottom two cut early Feb. Should I be getting worried?

    Hi Girls ,

just a quick one while the princess is sleeping. The runs are still here and her little bum front to back is SOOOOOO red and I know it hurts her. I actually just posted about it as I am worried ..how long should you wait to take a bub to the DR when they have the runs?. She is still eating and drinking as per normal. Could it just be her teeth?

Brooke enjoy your babyshower! I am clucky to

Soph I would not worry about Lucies teeth , I am sure they will come through when they are ready .

So funny girls, DH and I went out for brunch as this lovely place in Woolhara this morning and it was $60.00 all up . Once upon a time we used to do that every Sunday ...this is the first time since Kaitlyn was born that we have done it and you know all I could think as we paid for the bill..." that is almost 1/2 our food bill for the week!" . My goodness how things change once a little one comes along.

Hope you are all having a nice Sunday.

Oh Cass you are so right re things changing like going out for meals. We use to do it heaps too.

With the runs, I wouldn't leave it too long if it's really bad. Maybe just take her to the gp tomorrow just in case. I think diarohea (I can never spell that word!) is something you don't let go for too long. Better be safe than sorry I say, but I am sure Kaitlyn will be fine. It's great that she's still drinking - at least you know fluid is going in as well as out!

Poor little Kaitlyn Cass...ouchies. Paw paw cream is great..im sure you have tried lots of things..we found it clears things up almost instantly. I so hope shes ok. Like Soph has said..i probably wouldnt leave it too long just in case. When Olivia was a bub (16 months) she actually had diarrhea and after 4 days of it took her to drs..they took sample and it was giardia..she had picked it up from playgroup.

Soph Im sure Lucie's teeth will come through when they are ready. Sammy teeth popped through 6 weeks ago and there is still no sign of any top toothies yet either.

Brooke hope you had fun at the baby shower...gotta love those eh. I saw a newborn (week old) on friday. One of the mums brought him along with her older son to our music group...geesh he looked soooo tiny. It always amazes me that they are ever that small. Goodluck ttcing..theres a few of you guys around isnt there.

Storm..hope the floors have recovered. You gotta ask yourself what is the point of the little drain thing in the laundry for eh...bit of a waste of tim e if its only job in the world is to drain the water down and it doesnt do it!

Bec hope Joshie is settling down a bit for you. Thats so cute he was watching the footy with his dad. Sammy loves doing that too..or should I say Darren loves doing that with Sammylol. We were actually out today and bought him an eagles jumper and bib..so cute....Darren is sooo proud!

Well we have had a huge fair today. Spent most of the day at it...am a bit sunburnt but kids arent which is the main thing. Theyve all been spoilt rotten...though we have spent way way tooo much money...sigh..anyway bye for now.

Thanks girls I think I will pop up to Drs just in case tomorrow. I know she is a little dehydrated as she is polishing off everything in her bottles which she never does!.

    Soph
dont worry I cant spell it either ..that is why I say the runs hahaha...and you thought I was just being polite!

    Jo
the fair sounds so fun!. When I feel like I have spent to much I make myself feel better by telling myself that the memory of how much fun we had will long out last the memory of the money we spent

Well we just had a FAB dinner! ...Kaitlyn was in bed early as she is trying to get used to daylight saving ending so DH and I both cooked dinner. We made fried rice ( NAUGHTY ) and American ribs....so bad but ohhhhhh so good!. With the cold weather starting to roll in it calls for heavy food!. Now we are about to watch the Ghost Whisperer and munch on grapes.

mmmm love the cooler weather with the smells of open fires!

    Have a good night girls

Hi Soph I didn't bother to re-do my post coz I didn't have anything interesting to say anyway O Don't worry about Lucie's teeth, atleast you get a break between them!!
Zaccie is still not well, nothing has changed really, only not so much wheezing now! SO that's gotta be some improving.

Wow Jo, you sure are a busy mummy, glad the fair was a hit!!

Cass, how it Kaitlyn's bottom? I remember(vaugely) my Ds had runs & rash, when he was a baby, the rash needed prescription cream to heal it, it looked like the skin was burnt, it was, kinda, from the acid in the runs....did that make any sense?

    Hi to everybody!!!!!

Nothing much happening around here, floors smell great though!

    Hello everybodeeeeee

Storm so sorry to hear that Zaccie is still not well..poor little fella has had a rough couple of weeks..can only hope he is on the mend now. PMSL at the floors though...thats gotta be a consolation!

Soph whatcha up to today...is miss speedy whizzing around the floor?

Cass that is a brilliant philosophy to live by. I will remember that for future spendups! Your night sounds gorgeous!

Well Ive been for a big walk with Sammy and now just put him to bed..the house is a complete mess though..so best get on to it. The girls get to meet their horses today after school that they will be riding on so they are very very happy about that!

    Jo
