Will start with the rock salt too! I got arnica pills today which are meant to really help with the swelling, got this spray from my mw that is all natural like chamomile n some other stuff to use 3-4 times a day too to calm that area down and help healing.
Charlottes Doing so much better this arvo! She had some expressed milk and then slept for like 2.5hrs n then I just fed her again for half n hour on both sides n she didn't scream when she pulled off! Yay!!

Babyluv: how is sienna going with sleep? Does she sleep during the day at all? What dummies did you get? We got the avent 0-3mth ones..
