Aussienic - i have done that for him and the first time he wanted more and the next "yucky" LOL

I was thinking it might be good to do with him as while he is a fairly well-behaved boy and completely dotes on his sissy - he looks like he is feeling left out and sometimes just walks around like a lost puppy - mind you he had me all the time for the last 2 yrs.

Madeleine still sleeps in her SAFE AND SOUND anti roll pillow in the bed with us. I sleep so lightly that if she moves I wake up! But I know what you mean about worrying about rolling on them. The thought has crossed my mind Nic...

My 2yr old was BF till 21 months and he says no boo boo.. Livia;s mummy juice

    LMAO.
I am jealous of you girls co-sleeping - my DP is a smoker & a heavy sleeper and could quite easily roll onto her - he rarely hears DS if he cries out thru the night - so either DD sleeps in her bassinet near me or we a have snooze on the couch.

Sometimes I wish Madeleine would go down in her cot but she loves to sleep with Mummy! She's such a sooky bum...gotta love her though.

Bek/Bindy - We went through lots of different sleeping stages with DS, sometimes he'd only sleep in our arms, other times the pram was our saviour, sometimes the bouncer, sometimes the portacot! Coz it has a bassinet bit which you can make swing lol. So just do whatever works It actually made him a very flexible sleeper. I've heard of some babies only sleeping in their cot.. and they can't sleep anywhere else!

Morgan - My DD1 was only bf for 6wks and she gets extremely jealous when i am bfing Loren. She actually hits my boobs when I am bathing her or trying to cuddle her.

Bindy - Loren setlles really well in the bouncer some times so I am going to use it when necessary.

Nic - Yesterday I had enough of Loren waking herself up after 20 mins of sleep so I put her on her belly and she slept for 4 hours!!!! I continued this for night time and she slept from 10.30pm till 3.15 and then from 4 till 7.30am...Wow I am a different person!!!!

    Rory - hi ya...

    Trish - where are u?

I am too afraid to co-sleep mainly cause DH ssleeps too deeply. I do however bring Loren to bed in the early morning for a couple of hours if she is unsettled and I am buggered.

Have posted 2 new pics. One of Lolli smiling and one of Sara drawing on her face whilst mummuy is bfing.

    Needle day today....yukkky

I am HOT HOT HOT!!! Walkd Ethan to the park.. Eth and Isaac on bikes and Jacob on his scooter.. omg I am never doing that again. At least not without another adult.. and then the kids Eth was meant to ride with didn't turn up so I rang the mum and they were driven to school Thankfully she came and picked up Ethan for me otherwise he would have been late to school

    hi all,

havent been on for ages, Tia and Alisha have finally started school. and Alisha's been doing 1/2 days this week so i've been going to and from school 3 times a day. so i have barely had time to scratch my butt.

Mirani's still sleeping through the night which is so fantastic. and only waking on the odd occasion.
fil has just arrived from the uk and has stayed with us the last couple of days. dp has just left to take him to his sisters place.

had a lovely rainy day yesterday. it rained ALL day. it was the first rain we've had all summer, made a nice change from the usual 36 degree days we've been having lately.

hugs for everyone and take care.

Bindy - my DS loved his bouncer & I used to let him sleep in it whenever he was unsettled - sounds fine to me & glad it is working for you!
DS used to rock himself in his bouncer too when he got a bit bigger & got to the stage where he was bouncing so vigorously that he could actually bounce the bouncer from one side of the room to the other. It was hilarious - I should have sent it into Funniest Home Videos!!
Bekz - gorgeous pics - I have added some new ones too if anyone wants a sticky (I can't stop taking photos!!).
Glad to hear there are a few co sleepers out there - I have been doing a bit of it too. I would never have been game to do it this early with DS but am finding it works well most nights for me now so cheering!!
Hi to all the girls in here & I will bbl for more news!

    Hello to everyone

    Well where do I start

In regards to sleeping Olivia sleeps in either her pram or swing during the day very rarely in her bassinette because as soon as I move her once she is asleep to put her in bassinette she wakes up or will wake shortly after, I think she has only gone to sleep in my arms a handful of times and I have placed her in bassinette to sleep... At night time I try to put her in her bassinette to start with and once she wakes for her feed she comes into bed with us....I can not stay awake while feeding... This works for us quiet well

Had our late 6 week (She is 7 weeks and 3 days then) check up at the Dr's on Wednesday and Olivia now weighs 4.3kg besides her yucky eye which has been like that from birth ( blocked tear duct) she is perfectly perfect... The Dr's room was freezing cold and Olivia screamed and screamed when we had to un dress her poor little cherub she is meant to get her needles next week too hasn't time flown by

I have a question regarding pooh Olivia's poohs for the last day have been the mild green colour they have 3-5 days after birth is there a reason why she is passing that colour again and she has been poohing a whole lot more cant believe how many times she poohed yesterday....

Also this morning I had this horrible pain in my breasts sorta like sharp stabbing pains that really really hurt, this was after feeding as well and it didn't feel like let down anyone else experienced this...I have no signs of matistis..

I have a a 1 min video of Olivia in her swing the other day I have to share with you all its so cute.. Sorry about it being on its side but it wont let me edit it at all...

Teena: Great video.. Love the smiles.. Sorry I can't help you on the poos and boobs.. I hope someone here can though

Olivia has been asleep for 3 hours now.. I;m bored Too hot to do housework and no motivation anyways.. I should try and have a doze but Jacob simply won't lay down..

Ahh what a night. Olivia went to bed just before 6 and the night was ok till I went to put the boys to bed. Jacob was no impressed.. Loong night.. He finally fell asleep after a lot of crying and screaming ( all from him too ) at 9:20.. Only to wake an hour later to continue where he stopped earlier with more yelling and carrying on.. No Idea whats up.. He has never done this before. he was super upset earlier and wanted Daddy but daddy is doing night shift tonight.. yay for me!

He is finally asleep.. now what am I doing up... Do you think all the crying would wake up a certain little miss at a more decent hour for mummy?? Noooo don't be silly.. she is wide awake now at 11:30.. Although I have to say **melt** the smiles and goos and gaas have been pretty darn cute. but my eyes are hanging out of my head

*sigh* sorry for the whinge. I have had very little sleep..

Olivia didn't go back to sleep till 12:30 and Jake woke again but only a little but then Miss O woke at 2, 4 and was up for the day at 6 **yawn** And now all the kids are in FANTASTIC moods ( sarcasm)

And I am trying to clean the house. Although bugger it.. Its clean enough.. thank goodness DH is on days off now.. Well be once he wakes from his sleep
