I forgot to mention that I've taken Judd off Zantac and put him onto Gaviscon Infant. You get it from the Chemist. I spoke to the GP about his issues, and said that I find that he really hates the taste of the Zantac and you can only give it to him twice a day and he seems to froth at the mouth and want to bring it up so I don't think it's really agreeing with him. She suggested the Gaviscon Infant as it's for babies and toddlers and Zantac is for anyone.

You can give them up to 6 doses a day, which I did on day one but only did 4 today as it's really filling and a bit much for him still. Will try 3 doses tomorrow and see if that's a good amount for him as he has been much more settled since I've been giving it to him in the last 2 days. The immunisation didn't seem to give him any side effects at all, so I'm happy with that too.
