Vanita – Reading your post about the kids shows I now have Raggs going around in my head again as we have it on CD. How cute Dion making noises with his cars. We have the coolest toy that Amy got for her birthday and I will find out where it came from (it was a pressie and they are from Pakenham). Amy is now making the noise – very hard to explain but it is a little toy on a mouse ball that slides along the floor continually making noises. Never seen it before so you might not have it. Have a great day, you are one busy person! Don’t forget the aerogard???

Kate – Yeah it does seem like Kelse and Amy have similar routines. They are only 5 days apart too. Amy’s has a few fav toys. She loves the car that we got her and just gets in it sometimes with a cheeky ‘please push me around’ face and I can never refuse that cute face. She also got some Little People for her B’day and she carries them around with her. We got her some crayons and she has done some scribbling but a Magnadoodle is a great idea. Just when we think we have too many toys we go and buy more.

Deb – You are so good swimming every day. What is the weather like over there? Two full nights sleep, I don’t know how you get up every night but at least your body will be used to it when No. 2 comes along. Your DH sounds like he has a fascinating job.

Hay – Amy’s routine is around me spending time with her after work similar to your DH. I was getting home at 5pm to feed her dinner each day but with a change of house and train I now get home at 6pm. She goes to bed at 9pm and gets up at 9am although she has dropped a sleep and went to sleep at 8:30 last night. I wouldn’t worry that Pup’s routine is different, whatever works for you and everyone is different. Holland is a beautiful place.

Hi Brooke, Rach, Bel, Heather and anyone I’ve missed.

    Have a great day everyone!

Gemma, nope thats a toy I dont think we have ( sounds cute though) I was wandering if anyone was old enough with an elephant memory. When I was young there was a huge Ad campaign, were the punch line was "ave a good weekend, and dont forget the aerogaurd - they were at the tennis, and the whole stadium yells out " it was a catch phrase for yrs around my home town!!! So sometimes out of habit I say it. DOH LOL
    Love to all

Now what was that add for????

Catch you later...have to do some work!

    The Aeroguard ad!!

I remember it too Vanita. I remember clearly saying it when I was in 5th grade. We would say on Friday afternoon..*good afternoon mrs. whatshername, and have a goodweekend and don't forget the aeroguard' and then laugh hysterically!

We are off for a few days to visit the inlaws and get some beach action. Weather is warm and sunny which is very rare here,so we're going to make the most of it.

"THESE FLIES"!!! (avagoodweekend!) Ha ha ha.....

Well, we have had a success today. Pup drank out of a cup!!! Dah dah dah !!!! I started him with the straw, but he wanted to drink out of the cup. This was the second feed in place of the middle of the day breastfeed. He took about 125ml (funny, now I can measure it!!) and drank about 80ml out of the cup.

    He's growing up.......

We've had a busy morning. I still haven't finished washing up in the calf shed yet. Just waiting for the little boy to go to sleep so I can nick over and finish up.

Glad I am not the only one who remembers the aerogaurd ads!!!
Phew Aunty Pat has taken the girls to swimming for me, so I have the littlies asleep, and I am doing the vegies ( well in a minute I will)
I bought too much stuff for Dion for his b'day but I had lots of fun doing so!!! He has now got lots of new trucks and cars ( he will have on Wednesday) Hopefully will balance out all the dolls on the floor!!!!

Hay, Dion drank nearly a whole apple popper whilst we were out shopping, but still wanted some bb when we got home !! Hope you got the calf shed done, and the boy had some zzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Deb , GREEN with envy at the beach action, well actually NAH, I dont really like the beach, the sand ( yech gets everywhere) the salt water ( double yech tastes UGH) have to go out to where the sharks swim to get deep enough to really swim ( scary) I will stick to the pool, whose biggest yech is the chlorine, LOL Avagood weekend Mrs Deb, and dont forget the aerogaurd.................

Hope you have had a productive day at work Gemma

Hiya the rest, Brooke, Heather, Kate, Bel,

Hi girls, sorry I've been awol, been very hectic around here!

Vanita, yep I remember the aeroguard ads!! So you're not the only one who has an elephant memory.

Just a quickie from us, got a thousand things to do today, Coby is going really well, walking more and more now, still not very confident in himself, but he'll get there.

Just on the routine thing, like Vanita said, its personal preference I think, Coby is in bed by 6.30 - 7.00 every night because he doesn't sleep much during the day, that's all he can manage to get to, then he's up around 6-6.30am. He's been doing that since about 4 months old.

I am reading the old posts and Hay, sorry you got a visit from the wicked witch AF. I don't want to speak too soon, but I am late, really late. But I just don't know if my cycle is still acting up or not, so Im not testing, just don't want the disappointment. Don't feel any different, except that I am hot all the time, even at night (Im sleeping in the nick - sorry for TMI) its bloody freezing here so everyone tells me, but I just am not feelling it.

Who was talking about a Raggs CD? Where can I get one? Coby LOVES Raggs!!! R-A-GGS, R-A-GGS, he's top dog he's the best R-A-GGS!

Oh that sounds VERY romantic Kate!!!

Nothing much happening here either. PIL are going to be leaving for FNQ on Monday (or Tuesday if you listen to my FIL!!). They will be away for 10 or so weeks. They are doing the grey nomad thing - dragging the caravan up with them. bloody nice caravan too... Because MIL does all the business bookwork including employees pays, I have to go over and make sure I know where she is up to. It's not foreign to me though (luckily!) as I have had to do it when she has been away before. It's just nice to have someone else do all that hack work for you!!!

We have a progressive dinner tonight that DHa nd I totally forgot about until yesterday (damn). Had to ring mum and get her to mind the little man tonight while we go. I have to nick back into town later on to buy some stuff for a casserole.....damn men. They promise to bring something to eat, but we end up making it.

Did I mention that I have made an appointment to see my fertility specialist in about a month?

Ohh well, gotta go. I have a sick calf over in the shed I have to check on (a squirty one - blurghh) and gotta do this bookwork stuff with MIL. Cya!!

Hay, Oh Poo ( literally ) for the sick calf, hope it picks up quickly. I looove it when Dh promises to make ...... and your the one left holding the pot LOL. DH says to me, " I told the guys at work I'd bring a lasagne for tea Sunday night" thanks honey!!!!!! MEN LOL

Bel, I agree with Kate "test, test, " I wanna Know !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Fingers crossed gorgeous.

Kate, sounds like the perfect night in. I have had a quiet day too, coz of the cold. I went to gym, did some groceries, have done 3 loads of washing, cooked dinner for Dh to take to work, plus the kids n me , cooked a lasagne for DH for tomorrow night ( and spag bog for us) Sooo very quiet day ?!?!?!?

Gemma/ Kate Rianna has most of the little people sets so there wasnt many left to buy for the boy they both sit and happily play in their room with them ( especially the zoo that makes noises!!)

I think Dion must be teething, as he hasnt got any for 6 mths and is crying allll the time ( nothing obviously wrong though????)

Rianna has a playground, the farm, the zoo, the ferris wheel, and Dion has the garage, we need a new house just for the toys LOL. Yeah they are the sort of toy the lasts for ages, the big girls enjoy playing with them too!!!

Vanita, have you seen the new ones that are touchy feely ones? They look so cute!!

Im lucky, my DH never promises that we'll make stuff, because he never makes any arrangements, its usually me that makes all the arrangements (luckily).

Hay, good luck with the fertility specialist, are you going to go down that route again, or are you going to try naturally for a while? Is your appointment just a "check up" type thing? How's the calf? Poor little thing.....

Kate, Im 2 weeks late, but that's only if I had a "normal" cycle. Im sure Im not, every other time I've been "late" there's been a BFN waiting for me. Im not going to test because I know it will just confirm what I believe to be true and that is that I am not pg. My cycle is still stuffed up I think and I just don't think that it will ever be normal (hasn't ever been normal).....

    umm, let me think.....(elevator music)

I just checked the calendar, and I had AF twice after the procedure, procedure was at beginning of April, AF mid way thru May, then beginning of June, and that was the last one I had....

I just don't think that I am, my cycle is just all over the place, its not long, its not short, its not in between, AF just comes whenever she feels like it, and its really annoying, very hard to track and plan anything....

I'll be right, but thanks for your support. I guess it will happen when or if its supposed to....

Bel, yeah the check up will be a "check up" rather than actually doing anything. Because pup was conceived naturally, I guess that for a few months yet, there is no suggestion of trying IVF again or anything. I am going more because I am seeing a trend on my past cycles of nice high temps post O but quite a short LP to what I normally am used to. It used to be 14 days, now it is only 9 or 10. I am told that this is on the low side.

Pup has the Little People farm set (the big red Yankee barn...nothing really like those in Aust!!) and some added extras to that, and the added peices for the big pirate ship one. Got them all for his b'day (we gave him the farm one). I reckon they are quite good and I too can see him playing with them for years to come. And lots of different ones to buy too (!)

Oh forgot Rianna has the castle too.

Bel, I hope everything is OK, Nope have not seen the touchy feely ones

Kate hope you enjoyed your open fire!

Hay, hope your cycle is working itself out and TTC journey not too arduous, I think I would like to get the pirate ship for Dion, he is getting the car track one for his bday, and everyone knows I like them so he might get others, will have to wait til next sunday to see.

Kate i think Rylee is lovely. Rianna swims with 2 Rylee's 1 boy, 1 girl. We ( DH and I) always felt it odd for the boy, they spelt them Ryley and Rylie, sounds great with Kate too. ( the castle is excellent, that and the zoo are my favorites)
