HI Girls, Feeling a little better today spent some time doing some sewing and trying to let things not get the better of me.
Well you know how i have been waiting to see what is 'round the corner', well I think or 'round the corner' might have come. MIL has offered to go in as silent partners in buying a house. She has an investment property that she is going to sell, then she said she would give us $150 000 towards getting into our own house, then when we are in the right position to we can buy her out and the house will be ours. Fingers crossed that it all works out, but it is such a generous offer and a wonderful opportunity for us.
