    Luey. You are allowed to feel crap and exhausted and confused. because you are. FWIW I too am in the trap of feeding for settling and it's been ok so far but last night i had a crap night too. ....

    On the formula, TBH I have been also toying with the idea of giving Jake formula at night, then i know for sure what he has in his tummy. I don't know if it's the answer though. If you are seriously thinking of doing formula my biggest piece of advice would to to not let your supply dry up for a while, keep it there JIC. It may not make any difference at all.

    For supply, you know I'm not the worlds most knowledgeable BFer (lol) but i also think at times mine is not so great but then I see a dribble coming out of Jakes mouth

    I think if at all you can a decent sleep over the weekend would help tremendously. you need renewed energy to tackle this!!

    Oh also FWIW jake was always happy to take as much formula as I would give him. When I took the plunge and stopped offering it he was a-ok without it. So just because they will take the formula doesn't akways mean they are hungry and need it either.
