Hehe. Yay for all our bubs saying mum. I'm not quite convinced he actually means mum yet.. but I like to think so

Well.. we had our first solids tonight! and he ate it like a pro! LOL. I imagined him spitting it all out.. but he chomped it down! clever boy I thought it would be a bit boring being just rice cereal & breastmilk, so after a bit, I added in some apple.. but I think it put him off.. he pulled this strange face, and didn't want any more after that! LOL. So we'll stick with plain ol' cereal for a few days I think. I had to hold his hands down too.. coz he kept grabbing the spoon.. and he chomped down on the spoon too. LIttle monkey. Was good tho!

*sigh*.. they're all growing up.

Oh! and like I said earlier.. with Tallon suddenly doing things... he now sits! LOL. He sat up on his own for aaaaaaages this afternoon.. and even stopped himself falling over at one stage! Of course he still did a couple of face plants.. but he is sitting really well now. Oh and I found the trick to stop him leaning so far forward.. is to sit him up looking at the hanging toys on his playgym.. so he's looking up at things at eyelevel. He rolls over all the time if he reaches down for his feet or a toy. hehe.

Ok... need to get some zzzz's. Got a busy week ahead. We've been given notice. Have to be out of this place by 13 October. Now I've just got to hope the dates co-ordinate with this house that we want. Fingers crossed!
