Ang! I was only thinking of you yesterday! Where abouts in Sydney are you??? Good feeling isn't it. I lost all my weight really early (had PND and was walking 3-5km every day) but wieghed myself at mums the other day and am 6kg under what I started at! woohoo!
Tania I do try that, but she get's so worked up. Works better during the day. I guess cos I'm not counting the number of hours I haven't slept then.
I've just had 18, yes 18 vials of blood taken!! :eek: I better get some answers for all of this......

I hope walking shifts my weight. I am now walking 5 - 10 kms at least 3 times a week. I've lost 6.5kgs since having Kaitlyn but still have about 19 to go before I am at where I want to be. I am starting to fit into some pre pregnancy clothes which is a little encouraging. It's bl88dy hard work. My cousin is on light and easy and we are walking together. She's looking great. Anyone tried L and E?

Leanne - PCOS has never really affected my moods, but since having Jovi I get BAD PMS ... yelling at Scott for nothing one minute, happy the next ... usually the week before AF is due (another reason why I know I'm late ... was cranky a few weeks ago .. lol). Definitely affects my weight ... LOTS to lose, but really don't care at the moment. Plus I don't excercise aside from the occassional walk with Jovi ... lol.
I was on metformin also, but didn't stick with it. Just with Clomid. Was on my 2nd month with it when I got preggas with Jovi. First month was on 50g ... didn't ovulate. 2nd month 100mg, ovulated but my OBGYN told me that I would get pregnant cos my levels were really low and that on the 3rd month to go up to 150mg. Well he was wrong wasn't he! Jovi was a nice surprise when I started getting sick at 6 weeks ... esp. when I'd done a preg test at 4 weeks and it came up negative.
Ryan has yet another ear infection and we are back on antibiotic except this time he has totally refused boobie feeds last time i fed him was 6.30 am this morning and all up his had 170ml in a bottle plus the boob feed this morning wouldn't touch his solids he has had sucks of water on and off through the day
Today I've tried the AR formula at a cooler temp and the spew rate has decreased dramatically. Happy about that.
Shazz - Bummer about the ear infection. Hope Ryan feels better soon. I can't Kaitlyn to drink any water. Trying to teach her to sip out of a 'sippy' cup, but she screws her face up at the taste.
Baby - I'm trying to lose as much weight as I can before Christmas and now before I go back to work so I fit into my work clothes! I am trying not to let it overtake my mind and life though. Still having the occasional Freddo. Can't live without chocolate!
Sara - Bmr about losing your post. I hate it when that happens.
Kim - 18 Viles!! FAR OUT. I hope they offered you a lye down and a sugary drink or foot so you don't feint. That's almost a donor bag!
Katy's been good today. Back to her usual cheeky self, so maybe she was just having a growth spurt. She seems to be getting taller and taller. Won't be long before she'll be too tall in the body for her OO and we'll be able to start her on her new wardrobe of O clothes! How exciting. She's definately not looking like my baby anymore but more like a little girl. Prettier by the day too - but I am biased....

We've had some awful news today. My mum rang to tell my my sisters FIL was missing and hadn't picked his grankids up from school. With my connections I rang the station and there was a deceased job down where he rides his bike at Homebush, so I rang that station. Not good news. He wanted me to get my sister to go there, but I told him I wasn't doing death messages over the phone and he could have their numbers and send a car crew around. Then my sister rang wanting their number. I had to lie and tell her they wouldn't give me any details. Poor BIL and his mum. Apparently FIL was riding his pushie(he's quite sick but has been riding to maintain health) and stopped at the children's playground where he takes my nephew. Another couple saw him lay down and shut his eyes but just assumed he was resting on the bench. An hour later he was still there so they checked.....I hate the thought of people dying alone.
Oh and the phone calls have stopped for the moment.

Oh kim, thats terrible. I have been thinking about life and death a lot lately. Morbid i know but i have been thinking about how it happens now that Briley is here. I was talking to Brent yesterday and was telling him how i was scared to die now that we had Briley. I asked him if he was too and he said yes. I wonder a lot about "who" ,if it is someone, choses wether we live or die. Or wether we put ourselves in situations to be "taken". I especially wonder and am terrified of wether that "who" has a short path for Briley and will take her sooner than later. I know i should'nt think like that but it's been on my mind a lot since she came along.
Anyways onto something a little more up-beat! Caller Id...DAMN. I had to pee into a jug while i was pregnant. My bp was getting high and they needed to monitor my pee for protein for 24 hrs. I just pee's into an old glass jar and then pour it through a funnel into the jug. Its not the easiest thing to do! 18 vials of blood?? What colour are you?? LOL! BTW...That is a beaut photo of Darcy you have there. She looks adorable!
Tania - Yeah i am getting the camera brought up tomorrow so i will put the pix on the computer then. Don't know how you are goin to see them but. No, Brent did'nt cook me breakfast. He did'nt show one bit of remorse. And worse of all i was made out the be the you-know-what the next day by MY family cause i threw him off the bed cause he nearly laid on Briley. I was being called "husband basher". I was really hurt. It always happens though. He get off his face runs a mock and i get the sh*ts and say or do something and i get chastised for it all. Sorry for the big gripe!!

Beck - Yeah i bet that sux. I am seeing a gyn at the moment cause they think i might have PCOS. I don't get to see the Dr till Feb 07 though! Public health system for you!! Do you have any issues with you PCOS?? Other than the obviously late AF!! Since i had a m/c and d&c in 01 i have had many issues. The worst being my weight gain which has been impossible to move. I was reading in a forum here on BB about PCOS and endometreosis. I found it very interesting. I found definite similarities in myself to what some of the women were saying there. It will be interesting to see what the dr's say when the time comes.
Well, Briley and I looked absolutely gorgeous on saturday night. I brought Briley a beautiful little dress. She was asleep most of the night be we woke her up for photos. We got one of my nan, mum, me and Briley. 4 generations.
Has anyone heard from Kellee?? She has been MIA for a while now. She has'nt even been on MSN for ages.

Well I've been in and out to Darcy at least 8-9 times tonight for at least 15 minutes at a time since 6.30....gonna be a great night.....not!

Quiet in here this morning. I got up at 8m and went out to let the dogs out and heard the bin man and realised Brent had'nt taken it down with him yesterday arvo. So i had to RUN up the driveway, which by the way is about 150m long, with a heavy bin and i got up there and he drove straight past me. I nearly just left the bin in the middle of the driveway and walked back down to the house. I was in tears!! Man i was furious!!
Not much planned for today. Going to try and do some washing and ironing. Feeling pretty crap today. So i'll see how i go.
Tania - We all have those days!! Hope you are feeling better today. I am here if you need to talk.
