Sorry its late, i haven't been able to get near the computer for days!!
I dropped my Nan off at the bus station this morning and now I have to get ready for work and wait for Jayden to get up.

Morning girls!

Thanks so much for all the birthday wishes for Briley. As i had said we were'nt doing much but we did go down the beach for dinner and a small cheesecake for Briley. She did'nt get much but enough. Next year will be bigger.

Briley is cruising big time now. She walks everywhere. If she falls over she gets straight back up and walks rather than just crawling. She is very independent. Walks around the house on her own. I just have to laugh in amazement everytime i see her walking. It still shocks me that she was once a little tiny baby!

I too have been thinking about the "big bed" situation. It has always been in the back on my mind since i became pregnant but now i have to start thinking about it a bit more. The bed i have lined up is really close to the ground so thats ok. I am just worried she might be too young. I am intending on having the new baby in a bassinette in our room till he or she is too big for it. Then i will put the baby in the cot and transfer Briley to the big bed. I estimate she will be around 17-18 months. Which is'nt too young is it???

Christine - Yay @ Riley sleeping through for you! As for the IL's situation, I'll be getting to that in just a sec!!

Elissa - Oh poor Archie. I hope is feeling better soon.

Leanne - 6 TEETH!!! OMG!!! Briley still only has 2. I thought that cause she started so late that when the first 2 came through it would have triggered the rest but it has'nt. She shows the normal teething signs but no sign on them in her gums.

Jodie - Its seems as though you and I are in the same boat regarding the bed situation. Have you decided what you'll do yet?? Good luck with the cleaning! I hope you make a mint or two on Ebay!!!

Ok, you don't have to read this part if you don't want to. I really need to vent!!

I am really REALLY pi**ed at Brent's mum today. As i was yesterday morning. They moved into the granny flat about 2 weeks ago but are still bludging off us. Every morning SHE comes over to make themselves breakfast while we are still sleeping and wakes Briley up. I thought by now they would have got their jug out of their boxes and been having tea's and whatever else over there by now but no. I don't have a minute to myself in my own home. And to make matters worse....Briley now has 2 mums and i am coming off second best. Its really hard when your baby hurts herself or is upset and your trying to calm her and she is pushing you away wanting the "other mum". Petty of me i know but i am getting slightly jelous.

I tell Brent all this but he does'nt see what the problem is ofcourse. I told him when you have been here with them for 2 months and not going away for 2 weeks at a time then tell me how you are feeling. He's loving it though cause his mum runs after him big time. I swear she would wipe his a*se if she could.

They are both not working at the moment so we are paying for EVERYTHING for them at the moment. Yet yesterday and another time, she went shopping with her sister and both times came home with new clothes and things for herself. Yesterday she came home with something from rockmans and she saw me look at the bag and she tried to hide it. WTF!!!! For someone who has no money to contribute to anything around here she has enough money to buy bloody new clothes! Makes me SOOOOOO angry.

So if Brent goes back to work on wednesday i told him i am flying Briley and me down to my mate Michelle in melbourne for the week. She has flown down there on monday and will be coming back monday week. But i am just looking at flight prices and i think they will be way too expensive! Fingers crossed for some cheap flights at lunchtime today!

Its bloody terrible that I have to go away from MY house to get some time to myself. All i want to do is be at home with my family. Travel seems to be taking its toll on me when i go somewhere now but i have no other choice. What else can i do?!?!? Am i allowed to fly now???

Sorry for the big whinge girls. I needed to get it off my chest!

So today i think we might load Briley into Brent's ute and head into my nanny's to pick up the bed for her. It needs to be sanded back and relakered(sp??) yet so that will be our next task. Another day away from THEM will be good too.

I hope i am not sound too much like a bi*ch. I really do apprecitate what she does for me and everything but i still need some time in my house to myself. Its just becoming rediculous.
