Happy Birthday Briley - SORRY ITS LATE HONEY, hope you had a fab day!
Just a quick one here gals, I am really tired, went to bed at 1am last nite doing paperwork and I am absolutely buggered 2day.
Just letting you all know that Lachlan had his vaccinations today and all went well! He was better then I thought he would be. Although he whinged most of the day and cried, gave him a does of panadol and nurofen this arve and within half an hour he was happy again. So it was definitely the needles. He cried when they went in abviously but I was expecting worse. So yay for my brave boy.
Oh and did I tell you all I have to have a breast scan and a mammagram? I have had pain in my left boob for 3 mths now. I shrugged it off for a month or two thinking it was muscle strain, but decided at the three month mark that it was something more. I went to a Womens Wellness clinic here and she suggested that it was more then likely hormonal but to have it scan just incase for ease of mind. She did feel cysts on the side of my boob and said that if I take 1000mg x 2 times a day of evening primrose oil, things should improve.
Oh and now I am on the topic in my absence from belly belly in March I had a colposcopy done. At my 6 week check up after having Lachlan my papsmear came back as a low grade abnormality. I then had another papsmear done in 6mths and again it was low grade abnormality. They expected that it would clear up to nothing and it didn't so I was sent for a colposcopy to ensure that there was nothing else going on seeing as a papsmear only takes a small section. Anyway all was good. I actually have the wart virus in my cervix and am more at risk of cervical cancer. He told me that it was a good chance I have had this virus for a number of years. He said that being pregnant my body stopped looking after me and this virus would have been sitting dormant till now. The doctor even ensured me that 90% of women have this virus and don't even realise. It is sexually transmitted, so I was feeling terrible at first and ashamed. Anyway I have to have another papsmear 2 times in the next year but they are expecting that this virus/low grade abnormality will dissapear.
Off to bed now, need an early nite, so much for a quick post.
