    Yay I'm first!!!

Now what to say??? Hmmm....I got nothing...yet!

Shazz: HOw did Ryan go last night? Hope he slept for you. I wouldn't think its still the needles either, its been a few weeks hasn't it?

Elissa: I'd be off to the Dr's, has Archie been tested for Asthma? Jayden had a cough like that and only in the mornings and at night and they said it could be asthma..turned out to be a chest infection i think....it was a while ago. Hope he starts to sleep better for you!

shazz - thats fantastic that you all had a good nights sleep finally!

tania - thanks for the advice, asthma has been in the back of my mind for a while now as both DH and I suffer from it, but i know that it is extremely hard to diagnose children under 2 with asthma, so i have been hoping that it would go away.

Archie was not himself today, very tired, didn't really eat all day (hoe'd into tea though!), he was fine and full of beans at the playground though so he cant be too bad...rang the Parent Helpline to get advice on his cough and they said to go to GP and get asthma ruled out so he has an appointment next week. he ended up sleeping for 4 hours this morning and woke up far happier. i put him to bed nearly 2 hours ago and he is still in there wide awake, but i can tell he is so tired really. he seems to not let himself go to sleep when he's tired at 6:30-7:00, he fights it til hes overtired then will be up til 10....anyone else's cherub doing this?? I am just getting sick of saying "it must be his teeth" and im not feeling good about him seeming to have pain relief every night either, but im not convinced he doesn't need it...sometimes this parenting gig is hard work!

mmm I was thinking that too!

Elissa: Archie must have needed that big sleep!Jayden was fighting sleep and not going until 10-11pm but he is over that now (touch wood!). My MIL had him asleep just before 8pm last night which is a record for him lately, its usually about 8-8.30pm... I am trying to get him back to 7.30pm

    Still so quiet in here!

tania - its good to know its not just Archie who is becominga night owl, glad Jayden's sleeping is getting better now.

shazz - sorry to hear about Ryan's cr@ppy night, really hope they don't continue.

didn't end up getting Archies needle yesterday as he wasn't 100%, will get it in a fortnights time. Went to the shoe shop and bought a cute pair of sandals for Arch, gosh his feet are freakin huge! We are getting our dg in a few weeks, im very excited to have a dog again, now we just have to work out how to put the dog flap in the back door....we aren't the 'handiest' people in the world!

    Oh thank goodness Leanne!

Darcy is getting her needles tomorrow...she just doesn't know yet.

How huge is huge Elissa? Darcy's are between a 6-7. What sort of doggie?

Ah SHazz, I should ring you of a night - I'm up a thousand times too. And Darcy sleeps with me. We're getting her new bed today, so woohoo to Target's manchester sale, and the manchester shop had doona covers at 40%off too. Not cheap though by the time the bed was $500, $100 for the doona cover then the sheets, mat protector, doona etc etc.

Off to Sydney in the morning. Should be able to get on at Mum's though.

leanne - LOL oh fird, i should have been able to understand that! Glad you're not fired!!

kim - GL tomorrow with the needle. WOW Archies feet aren't so huge after all! He is in size 6 shoes but there is heaps of room in them, sounds like Darcy's gonna be nice and tall, Australia's Next Top Model??? The dog is a 6 year old female Toy Moodle (maltese x toy poodle), i have been assured she will suit our family nicely, fingers crossed i am very excited! glad you finally got Darcy's bed, hope she like it better than yours, have fun in Sydney.

Something is sure up with my little boy. Tonight his eyes are watering, he is quite hot, extremely tired and has been saying ow (as in ouch) today everytime he has a cry and his cry is different sounds like he is really feeling ill, poor baby, will get him into a dr tomorrow and see what we are up for, have given him a dose of Panadol in case he has a bit of a fever and he has gone straight to sleep, he couldn't even get the energy to give me a kiss tonight. Looks like we are in for a scorcher of a weekend which is great seeing as our air conditoner doesn't arrive til next weekend or later.....
