OMG Marlea... I would have been beside myself if a big dog was near my child. Your poor husband! Good thing you weren't there. And great that the dog didn't hurt Kaitlyn. It's up to you who you tell about PND... if anyone. I would only tell the understanding ones... and not the blabbermouths. How would your mum handle it? Will you confide in her about it? Or a sister? Once the meds kick in, nobody will ever have to know anyway! As you said; it's a mild case of it, and you've picked it up early. I was at mothers group today and they discussed it. I think odds were 1 in 5 (or 7) get it.
It's a shame that the Zantac doesn't come in a liquid form so you could put it in some milk. (I'm assuming they are tablets?) Maybe you could crush the pills up and put it in a bit of milk (EBM if your B/F). Might mask the taste of them, and will be easier to swallow too.

I just thought it would be an idea if anyone discovers any "tips" that they can share.

my tip for today (this week) is: cut your babies nails whilst they are asleep. They don't wake up, and it's less traumatic then when they are awake.
