Hi guys, hope everyone is well.

Just a quick one for me again before I go to bed; finally got Isobella to sleep. Had my appt today and the osteopath has told me that the reason my back keeps going is because my pelvis has rotated and we weren't able to fix it today as it is still to tender so I have another appt next thursday to try again and in the meantime I have some stretches to do to try and help it plus I have to work on my stomach muscles so that they can regain their strength to help take the pressure off my back.

Isobella has here immunisation tomorrow not looking forward to seeing her get a needle! plus (sorry if TMI) I was supposed to have a papsmear but AF has come to visit today even though I am fully bfeeding so I don't know if the doc will be able to do it after all.

Lee so glad to hear from you and to hear that baden is well - how did the needles go?

Sez how is Nicky going?? and you?? it must have been scary!

Dan sorry to hear that Olivia has a heart murmur - how are things going besides that?

Hope everyone else is well and that your bubbas aren't giving you too much grief (and that you aren't up atm and getting plenty of rest.
