My good friend's little ones have had the strawberry marks on their arms/face. Both have been heaps bigger than Sophs & one needed surgery because blood was constantly flowing to that area & her little girl (named Jasmine...) kept bumping it or scratching it & it caused heaps of problems. If she had Jasmine in short sleeves or singlets everyone & their uncle would comment on it.
