Hey - it might be - or it could be thrush too not that thrush is funny but yeah its hard to say without seeing it - the teeth pop up a little further back in the gum than when they are fully through, is that what you mean? Otherwise, if any of your friends are around or MG with other kids etc - get them to have a looksie.
She doesn't have any other white dots.. so I don't think it's thrush. Unless it's just the start of thrush.

What do you mean by they pop up a little further back in the gum? Do you mean towards the back? Or further left or right? The dot is further left along the gum line.

I did have a look at another kids gum at MG cos the mum said her baby's teeth were starting to push up and Maya's gums don't look the same at all. So that makes me think it might not be teeth. Maybe it's just a weird blemish.
