hi kelly, long time hun, so glad to hear tara is sleeping through, thats excellent, you must be glad not to mention a bit more sane!

heavenly i cant believe serentiys still in 00000 thats amazing, its easy to forget just how tiny she was until you say something like that.

jades been very clingy, had a fair few screaming fits and in the arvo she will not have the bottle, which makes it hard as my supply is so low she has top ups, but is refusing them then i worry about her not being full etc... anyways shes a good girl of a night, i feed her a bottle at 1030 and she goes down till i wake her at 7, got to love sos!

in case i dont jump back on, i hope everyone has a very merry xmas, those of us that are first timers this will be such an exciting xmas our first with bubbas! next year will be even better cos they will be up and about and into the pressies under the tree lol
anyway i hope u all have safe and happy xmas's and that bubbas are good for u all.
    xx

Heavenly your photos sound absolutely gorgeous, but as you sy all professional photos are dear as poison. We had belly photos taken and they are just stunning but very expensive. The deal came with 2 further photo shoots but being so far from anywhere its such an effort to get DD there and then happy enough to have the photo done

ery- good on you about the photos, its so much better to try and get photos that you are happy with then spending the earth on something you dont like! Such fantastic news about Ella not eeding a harness, very happy for you both.

Maya- Great news on your photos too. I think I may have your over supply this time round gave one expressed feed as we were at a wedding and have been engorged between feeds ever since!

Cam- I dont envy the stitches you musta had for your c-section either. Hope you are healing well. How did you get on with that 8 week wonder week.

KellyD- If I dontspeak to you before I hope your wedding is absolutely stunning and you have a magical day. Tara must be growing fantastically, Mime is gaining really well and growing like a mushroom but still fits into all her 0000??? I have no idea whats with that though! As for yor period....I spotted for a day and have seen hide nor hair of it since....another 'I have no idea whats with that' moment

Jen- Glad SOS is working so well for you and Jade. Ive given up, my poor Mima simply cannot dreamfeed.....if shes asleep she cannot attach and does not even attempt to suck. Cant complain though, she is a good sleeper just crappy through the day.

Hi Nina, Skybie, Oz, Lizjessie and eveyone!

LD jades the same, cannot dream feed, mostly she wakes for this feed as i am pedantic (sp?) about her not being in a wet nappy all night so i change her at the dream feed and she wakes most of the time, however i give her this feed from a bottle and express instead as its so much easier. she has to sit upright for 30 mins after each feed due to her reflux so i sit her in her swing after, go and express and then go back and shes sound asleep and doesnt wake when being moved to her cot. maybe you could do a bottle feed this feed, or will she not even suck from a bottle?

Thanks Jen will give the expressed feed a go. Otherwise I cant complain I am getting at least 8 hours out of her, just thought she would be more refreshed with out waking fully for a feed.

Wishing all the 1st time mummys the most exciting Christmas ever and for all you second or more timers the most exciting christmas ever with a new little treasure! Take care all and take oodles of photos on Christmas morning!

Hi everyone! Merry Christmas (even though I'm a day late!).

Hope you and your kiddies got spoilt rotten! I have no idea where I'm going to fit all of the presents Ella received. People were very generous. It was my best Christmas ever having a baby to share it with!

I can't believe this year is almost over and most of you have been my belly/baby bud for nearly all that time - I could not have coped this year without all of your support and encouragement an to my new Baby buds, I look forward to egtting to know you and your babies over the next year - and yes Im feeling a bit emotional...

Now just to lose the kilos Im sure I stacked on in just 1 day of eating eating and eating!

Merry Christmas everyone and so I am not late Happy New Year!!!!!

Jen - you do well to hold her up for 30 minutes after each feed.

Lily Dust - I am very jealous of your 8 hours. I feed Luke around 11 and mostly change his nappy at that feed he then only goes to about 3 and is hungry again around 6. I would love 8 hours!!!!

Erybery - my best Christmas ever as well.

Hi to everyone else hope you had a great day as well.

Not much to report here - catch up soon.

    Hi Girls

I hope you all had a very happy Christmas with your new bundles of love.

Cam: I hope you can get some big blocks of sleep over night, not that I want to brag or anything but I generally get about 12 hours of sleep from Tara every night now. I think it has got to be at least 3 weeks since she had a feed during the night although the down side is that she only cat naps during the day, but I would rather have the big block of sleep overnight. Because she has her big sleep at night as well we are now down to 4 feeds during the day as, she has 2 big feeds per day - her first and last feeds and the 2 in the middle are more what I call snack feeds, but she still gets all she needs in those 4 feeds to last her through the night. Maybe you just have a baby that likes to eat every 4 hours or so no matter what the time of day is.

Kelly your so lucky getting so much sleep.

Erybery I hear you on those extra Christmas kg's lol. I am going to make an effort to eat better and move more next year (I say that this time every year lol).

A big hello to everyone else. I hope you all had a good Christmas, anyone got any exciting plans for NYE?

All good here, DD has started rolling onto her side, she thinks she is oh so clever when she does it. She got some very beautiful dresses for Christmas, not sure when she will wear them all lol, they are pretty but not very practical.

    hi girls!
hope u all had a fantastic chrissy with ur new bubba's!!!
our girls were spoilt absolutely rotten!

everythings going well here, my baby girl is 16 weeks on saturday, its going so quickly!
she's still waking over night, usually twice, occasionally she'll have a big sleep but not often!
she's pulling herself forward from a laid back sitting postion and has been rolling for a few weeks, i dont think its intentional though, just when she's had enough of being on her belly she'll roll over onto her back.
she's still got all her hair which is a suprise considering DD1 lost all of hers and it didnt grow back for ages
Got AF back on christmas eve( merry christmas to me!! PPFFFTTT) wasnt really expecting it back so soon, but ah well not much u can do about it!

counting down to our qld holiday now, so excited!

Miss Laicee is doing really well she is fantastic at night is in bed by 9.30 at the latest usually about 8.30 and stays put till 6.30 am only catnaps during the day though but I can live with that she is generally really happy. I am doing BF and FF now as she was underweight at her last dr appt and she is really starting to chubby up thank goodness.

Skybie: Laicee is losing all her hair and looks like a little monk lol hope it grows back soon.
Well not much else to tell, I am really enjoying Laicee she is my last bub she is just a; trying really hard to giggle, gurgling, grinning bundle of fun. She might have been my 40th birthday surprise but hey she is the present that just keeps on giving lol

DD isn't loosing any hair, I am though my bathroom floor is covered in it lol.

We have been putting DD in her cot at night for the last week and a bit, I still cant bring myself to pack up the bassinet though lol. I have been having some random bleeding for the last 6 weeks so am off for an ultrasound this afternoon and some blood tests, wont know anything until Sunday when I see my Dr though.

I hope everyone is well and that all the babies are happy and healthy.

Was just thinking of you all whilst in the shower just now and I find a spate of posts! Yay!
Oz - yep, the hair is falling out! This time I have MUCH shorter hair, though, so it's not looking as chronic!
DD's hair hasn't gone anywhere and by this time DS had lost his hair...so I'm hoping hers stays put.
She's ace, is all I can say Through everything that happens around here, and even when she's sick, she's just ace. And there I thought DS was easy when he was a baby (though everyone else begs to differ on that one).
Better go, she just woke up and I've got to get kidlet to my horse (been promising since Monday and yesterday I could barely move from a mystery lurgy).
