Tracey - My bad Happy belated 1st birthday Jordan! I've been so pre-occupied with other things, I can't remember if I did wish him an early happy birthday or not? Oh well lol.
Well, as we suspected, AF has shown up this evening. A 40 day cycle  after 5 or 6 good straight 29/30 dayers. Sorry TMI. I must be stressed out or something they think. I've been told to relax...
That's ok Tracey. I don't mind you asking Molly's is for her hip (she had an operation last November for a hip dysplasia) she needs rehular checks and may need another op by the time she's five. and for Will he had three ultrasounds after he was born to see if he had the same thing, the first showed he did but the second two showed it had corrected itself. so when we went for Molly's check up we asked the specialist if we needed any follow up for Will and he wanted him xrayed just to be sure. it showed he has a slight dysplasia but nothing to be worried about yet, he needs another xray in 6 months....so hopefully it will be nothing
Melissa - sorry top hear about af, more ttc fun then i guess lol!
Nikki - Wow on the commercial, i will keep an eye out for it ( i wonder if they play it in all states?)
Krsitie - hope the performance preps are going well and not too stressful!
Linda - how's the sleeping going?
Well have to go Will is asleep but we have a dr's apt in an hour (for his ear). we had a paed apt last week for his cafe au lait spots (not sure if i mentioned them) well the paed is a little worried that he has the spots and his head is so big (2 factors of neurofibramitosis) so we need a follow up in 12 months for that!
Hope you are all well.... Have a good weekend ( i am going shopping for the day on sun without any kids YAY!) and have a dinner for my friends bday tomorrow night - busy busy lol
Hi - I was just writing a big post and Louis pressed a button and I lost it!!! Here we go again...
for Jordan!!! Sorry it's so late Trace!! I've been a bit crazy lately!
Well, we had the concert last night! It went really really well - the best one we've had and all the kids did well and the costumes looked great. It ran really smoothly so I couldn't be happier. I hired a stage manager who just did a fantastic job so I really got to stand back and enjoy it! I ended up getting quite emotional during the presentation (how embarrassing!) and then my student teacher Kayla came out and gave me a bunch of flowers and thanked me for giving her the opportunity to teach etc She's only 14 and is such a beautiful girl! She's the one that was helping me when Louis arrived - she was only 13 then and was running the classes when I was away (with parental supervision) An amazing girl...Anyway, I think I'm really going to miss teaching but it will be worth not having it when our new bundle arrives!
Anyway, Louis is well - he's been doing really well considering all the stress and running around. He went to my brothers last night and he said that when they put him to sleep in the portacot he grizzled a bit and then they checked on him 10min later he'd fallen asleep sitting up with his head agains the side!! They didn't take a photo though! hehehe.
Cindy - No worries! Good luck with getting the house! It took us 3 attemts with finance before someone would give us any money! (in hindsight they probably shouldn't have - hehehe) Hope Tori's ok!!
Tracey - What a brave boy with his needles! Thats great news that your BIL and his gf are moving over! Hope you're dinner turned out well! (I've never cooked it either!)
Melissa - Sorry to here af arrived. It can be so frustrating when it's irregular like that. I've always had irregular cycles (when not on the pill) so I imagine when your ttc it would be even worse. If everyone keeps telling you to relax you better go book in for a massage! hehehe.
Kell - I hope everything is ok with the kiddies! You sound like you've been run off your feet! Maybe you need a massage as well! hehe. Sounds like you have a great weekend planned as well! Enjoy!
I've got a pretty relaxing weekend planned - I've got a friends hens lunch tomorrow and then Dh's Dads coming down and they're paving the backyard on Sunday! I can't wait I'm so excited! Then I think we're having a bit of a family get together on Tuesday for cup day. Nothing major just a catch up.
Oh yeah, bub in tum is going well as well - I have a real little tummy now and I can feel some little kicks which is exciting!
OK enough from me for the time being - Hi to everyone I've missed!
I just noticed Louis has his second tooth through! Next to his first one! Woo Hoo!! Although I have noticed they're coming through a bit crooked so the poor little bugger will probably have crooked teeth like his mummy.
argggg,i cant seem to post but hopefully i have soughted it out.
kristie.i am so glad that the concert went well.i was wondering if you were ok as i was missing your daily posts but i can see you were flat out.
im glad you got to see chantelles ad.WOOHOO!!!
corey is having his 8th birthday today,we took him out for tea with the family last night.i am taking him shopping today as we have given him $200 instaed of presents.he got up at 5am today and i had to march him off to bed,he was so excited that it was finally his special day,we will take him bowling tonight and kfc for tea.
i got a ph call from the modelling agency yesterday, target want her on monday,im not sure what the details are except that she has to be at huge studios at 9.30am.WOW!!!!
nikki
Wow Nikki - She's going to be a little star!!! Sounds like you have a great day planned for Corey!! Will you be bowling?? I imagine it would be a bit awkward! hehe. Have a great day!
I'm off to a friends hens lunch down the Mornington Peninsula. I'm taking Louis because I feel like I've had so much time without him lately I don't want to leave him behind! If it's nice this afternoon I think I'll go over to the beach with him and let him have a run around. It's been such a long time since he's been to the beach he should be able to have a ball! I'll pack his sandpit stuff as well I think so we can have a play!
OK - the house still looks like a bombs hit if from bringing all the costumes home Thursday night - I better have a tidy up as I'll have to get the housework done in the morning as the IL's are down for the day to help us pave our backyard - woohooo! I'm so excited to have a nice backyard! The weathers going to be so nice I'd love for Louis to be able to play out there.
Nikki - Wow! More ads already...mummy's little performer is doing so well
Not much happening here...just can't sleep, got too much on my mind I think. Dh is in bed sick with a vomiting bug and Benjamin has taken over our bed. Other than those things, I think I'm just not tired ATM.
hi All, hope everyone is doing well and bubs are taking off! Amazing watching them learning to walk isn't it? Soooo cute those first steps and the tentative ones that follow untill they get confident. Isn't it adorable how they think they are sooooo clever for working it out!!
Sorry to hear your not sleeping well - are you starting to feel better? I hope your dh is better...
I've been going to be really late just because I'm too lazy to get off the couch - hehehe. Around 11.30ish but I'm babysitting my niece and nephew and they sleep in our lounge on a blow up mattress so I went to bed at 10pm last night! So needed a big sleep!
Dh did our paving on Sunday! It looks so good and Louis can walk around out there now without and shoes on which is nice! We got sand for his sandpit but he hasn't had a good play in it yet because it's not in the right spot yet and dh is away and I can't move it - it's so heavy!
We're off to my brothers for a bbq today which should be nice. It's been quite nice weather in Melbourne the last few days. I really should get my washing done!
OK - enough of my dribble - I hope you all have a great cup day!
Kerrie Hi good to see that everyone is doing well.
Melissa I hope that everyone gets better soon. Its awful being sick. I hope you get some rest also.
Kristie A day at the beach sounds great. You certainly have a housefull at the moment.
Well everything is good here. Jordan spent the day with his poppy yesterday and loved it. He only had an hours sleep all day but was really good. Poppy did his 1st poopy nappy
We went out for dinner at the local club. Jordan had spag bol again, she loves it and frog in the pond. Well I ate most of it Thats the bonus of having kids I guess, cheap dessert.
Having a very low key cup day today. DH is still in bed snoring and Jordan has gone down for his morning sleep. I have the house to myself. I think I will make waffles for breaky.
Hope everyone is well. I might have a bet on the race today, i like Jordieland (for obvious reasons)
That sounds great the Jordan had a day with his Pop. Louis hasn't seen much of my dad and if I suggest babysitting he would die! (Not that I would now because Louis sees him as a stranger...I'm a bit sad about it at the moment actually)
How did Jordan go staying up for dinner? We've got a dinner out on Sat night at a pub place and it's not until 7pm! I suppose I could try and put him down for a nap earlier but I don't think he will....I'm sure we'll manage!
Sounds like a nice quiet day! Hope you win something! I won't be betting - I have no clue!
It's funny - I've had more sleep than usual and yet I feel worse! I feel really lethargic and I'm in quite a cranky mood. I've been sooo emotional lately - the very smallest things can set me off in tears or a bad mood! Geez I just love hormones!! hehehe. I'm sure I'll snap out of it - In another couple of years!! hehehe.
Kristie - I'd love Benjamin to go outside more, but there are bindi's by the bucket full...
Tracey - I keep telling dh that we need to go see his folks more often, Benjamin loves it when his grandpa comes over, which is only when we need eggs. He usually only stays for 10 minutes because he has to go to work. Not enough time for Benjamin though...
I've got pamphlets to fold before my mum gets here to take us to her place for Melbourne Cup and I've still got to make a sticky date pudding.
