    Happy birthday for tomorrow Nixon!

Hope you all have a really special day! Ours was lovely!

Kirsten was 1 on Tuesday, we had lots of people round, some party food and balloons and banners, she absolutely loved all her presents and all the attention..she could do it every day..I couldn't though, was exhausted by end of day!!

Still not crawling but getting up on hands and knees and rocking about like there's no tomorrow. She still prefers to roll everywhere and is pretty good at it! Trying to get her to stand but she is just not interested!!

Happy first Birthday Nixon! Hope you and Mummy have a great day. The first year goes quickly Lea, doesn't it!

Happy first Birthday for Tuesday Kirsten and Marion. I hope you both had a great day - I'm sorry I missed it. They say the first year is the hardest - but now that I have a 2 1/2 year old I'm not so sure LOL!

Tom has just got over a bout of diarrhoea, poor thing, and he has a nasty rash on his bottom from it . He is saying more words and taking more steps every day.

    Take care all.

    hi

My little girl Eloisa was 1 on the 5th October 2006. Just thought I would say hello to the mums who have a child the same age. SHe is the youngest one of 5, and the others all spoil her rotten.
Think she is alreading learning to milk it!!!

nixons birthday was a bitter sweet day for me ...

i was so proud of my son that he was 1 and geting to be a big boy ... but the week of his birthday i had a bad relaspse in to depression and got diagnoesed with OCD .... so while i was so so happy for him , i myself was dying inside with the thought that i will look back on his birthday and remember one of the bleakest weeks of my life ...

his party was a huge hit and got laoded with gifts... it was a memorable day .... he claps his hands on his own now ...and isnt doning much else .. only down to 1 day sleep but its about 2.5 hrs long so im not fussed ....

he is one super cute kid ... im off to update my ticker !!

Aww I'm sorry you were feeling awful that week Lea.

I found Kirsten's birthday week pretty stressful and overwhelming, was absolutely exhausted. Hopefully you will pick up again soon.

Clapping his hands on his own is great..Kirsten CAN do it but doesn't.

A 2.5 hour nap also sounds pretty good, we get 2 30 min naps a day if we are lucky!

He looks great in his picture!

Phew - 1 year injections today and she was sooo good, she started to cry but then straightaway was distracted by my sparkly necklace which I let her play with!!

How did everyone else get on with their jabs this time?

Charlie had his immunisation about 3 weeks ago. Cried for about 2 seconds and then was fine. He got a bit of a temp and was cranky about a week after which they said was normal.
