misskate - james had diarrhea for 7-10 on and off after the rotavirus vax. upset me more than it did him. because it's the only live vax it's quite likely to cause the runs. if it goes on longer than that take him back. when i phoned the nurse about it she was most unsympathetic (cow). i'm tempted not to get the rotavirus boosters because they reckon the reaction is greater on later needles. bah. wretched thing. (it was stinky diarrhea too!)
kimbaz - now that you say crusty, i wonder if jas has psoriasis.... does anyone in either of your families have it? i know it's quite uncommon in the young ones but it could be that. (don't you hate forum would-be doctors taking guesses at your kid's skin condition?).
snip - It is characterized by raised, inflamed, red lesions covered by a silvery white scale. It is typically found on the elbows, knees, scalp and lower back.
just a thought. (my brother had it in his teens)

lol
He wouldn't settle and I had a customer coming at 2pm, so at 1:40pm I got him up, was about to feed him when a neighbour rocked up, arrrgh!!!
Finally sat down at 1:55pm to feed him when the customer showed up! I now have a headache from stress LOL! Hopefully we'll be back on track soon. He is now happily playing under his play gym, not a care in the world! Ahh...to be a baby...
