I have a manual pump that came with a couple of bottles and bags viv. It all looks a bit confusing to me. Might try and work it out this week some time. There are a couple of threads on here about how to express, how much, when etc. It seems there are varied opinions, as usual with calf rearing!
Have the ABA Book, some interesting reading, but you could do without it. It is as you would imagine, and you just take the bits out that appeal to you IYKWIM? Mine is a friends, otherwise i would give it to you, infact if you like i can post it you can read and post back? I guess i found it built my confidence a bit.
How good is the HAB, hands free cuddling! Makes shopping easy too.

Nic- there was a thread on those leads. some good points. i know what you mean about the whole animal lead thing, but if it stops nix from running into the path of an oncoming car or dissapearing, who cares what it looks like?! Pre baby i thought they were terrible, now not so judgemental!
