Nikki - good on you with the netball, i used to play for victoria up untill i was 19, but i think i would be like you and just die if i tried these days!

I went and had a look at fernwood gym today and i think i will join up! Its pretty exe though. Their child care looks pretty good but and the girls running it were really nice. i cant wait to get back into it, i love going to the gym and i amd lucky to be one of those people who generally get to see good results from it pretty fast too!
