WOW!!! CONGRATS Kristie!! That must be a huge weight off your shoulders!! And not having to keep the house spotless all the time too!!
Now the fun starts, looking for a new house!

Melissa, Hi.. I'm pretty new here so you're prob thinkin who am I?? Anyway, I'm sure I'll get to know you soon.. And I think that rugging them up warmer is a better idea..

Nikki, OMG.. what bad luck!! Lucky you took it in for a service hey!! I hope you and Grant managed to find a car today!

Cindy, Glad you've had a quiet weekend with no parties, but thats great to have booked in 3 from 1 party!!

Well, I've just got home from dinner out at a thai rest and then we went across the road to our local club.. The dinner was lovely, although I'm still hungry and have just had a cuppa, 2 saladas and a choc spider!
The club started off ok, but as it got busier and busier, it took us almost 1/2 an hour to get a drink and we all felt like sardines!! They just let too many people in and they are all like 14 I swear!! I felt so old!!Hehehehe
Anyway was nice to get out and I'm now feeling mighty tired so I'd better get to bed..
    Chat soon ladies..xoxo

    Hi!

Alex - Thanks! It's funny I've still tidied up this morning I'm in such a habit - I think it's all the uneccessary stuff like putting the washing away every time we leave the house and sweeping every 5min etc. So glad you had a good night out! We went out for a birthday a few months ago and I felt sooo old...I'm just so not into it - I'd rather have a good get together at someones house where you can relax a bit iykwim??

Nikki - Bugger about your car!! I hope you can find something...
What phone did you get?? Michael wants to upgrade his to one with sat nav...

Well, the kids have got toys everywhere just the way it should be and we've had crayons and textas out making a birthday card!! We're heading off later to my SIL's for b'day cake so that will be nice - the kids will love seeing all the family...
I'm coming down with Dylans cold which I'm not happy about but it's too be expected...
    Chat later! Enjoy your Sundays!

Kristie congrats on selling the house thats excellent news and prob a huge releif for you both. I hope you feel better and the cold doesnt stick with you too long. Enjoy your SIL bday

Nikki sorry to hear you have car problems. I cant help you in the buying car dept sorry.....

well this weekend we cleaned up the backyard getting ready for the cubby which is coming next week. We moved all the pavers from the back and then transplanted plants to the front yard, it was a tiring saturday. Once the kids were in bed Jamie and I have a nice shower and then sat down and watched 2 movies we hired. It was a great night in. Today has been ok. I put Jordan down for a sleep as he was getting sooky and feral, he is still asleep now so obviously needed it. Liam has been pretty good, a little windy and chucky today. Today was my sleep in so I got to sleep in till 10am, so lovely.
6 week check up tomorrow and then thursday I am officially able to drive... bring it on. I think everything is ok with me. I am getting a little pain in the left prob from lifting Jordan too early but its easing off now. I am not worried about Liam he is gaining weight for sure, he is turning into a chubster already LOL
    have a great sunday everyone

    Congratulations Kristie, thats awesome!
We went to a playcentre yesterday and Milo played with one of his friends, they had such a good time we stayed there until it closed at 4:30pm
Nikki - bummer on the car I hope that you canfind something.

I had my performance review at work today and it was all good, so thats one less thing for me to stress about.

Saturday I had all my hair chopped off Big change for me
Then I went with dads friend who is a builder & has been a building insepctor to look at our place. The whole frame is up now. I was really pleased overall cos he said the magic words 'I'd be very happy with the work so far if it were my house' always good to hear from a builder.

Now we just need to get our place sorted. Getting a skip this weekend. ILs not happy cos they want Milo to go to the footy but I cant just keep putting this off, we need to get the house on the market! I also didnt get the roof in the laundry stripped and filled yet so am looking at doing that tonight possibly. I' scared Im going to do it wrong.

Rach thats awesome the house is moving along nicely and its great to have someone to check it over for you who knows what they are looking for.

Well 6 week check up all went well. I have seperated my stomach muscles though so will need to do phisio to fix it up. Liam is doing well she has given us a referal for his hips to ensure they are ok. He has 2 fat rolls on one leg and 3 on the other so she wants to make sure they are straight, better safe than sorry I guess.
Well the tantrums hit today again at the shops. Jordan smacked me across the face a few times cause I wouldnt buy him a new matchbox car.... like he needs more. I was so angry with him. Jamie and I have decided to go with the naughty corner, he is going to sit at the end of the hallway opposite the bathroom and toilet. I have showed him where it is so he knows, hopefully this will curb the smacking as I am really at my wits end over it.

    Hi!

Urgghh I hate being sick...luckily Michael had an rdo today so I got a sleep in and I'm still in my pj's!

Well the toy sale catalogues have been studied and lists have been made and now I'm in big trouble considering totals are in the 4 figure category....I wonder how I hide that?? LOL! It's santa's fault!
Big w and target are the winners for sure...but I think kmart isn't that great cos we've already got half the stuff - LOL!

Rachael - Glad Milo had fun yesterday...Yeah at a great performance review! Wow at getting your hair chopped off - I can't wait to see it! Thats great the house is looking good - that will be a relief! Sounds like you guys are going to be soooo busy with the house!! It has to be done though and hopefully the work will pay off and it will sell really quickly!

Tracey - Glad your check up went well...I think it's fairly common for tummy muscles to seperate. I hope Liam's legs turn out ok - although I think if they get it early it's not such a problem anyway...
Bugger Jordans hitting so much...Good luck with the time out - hopefully with a bit of persistance he'll settle down...

    Chat later...
