I'm here! We had cheese and ham croissants for lunch! YUM! River had rye bread with cream cheese, and half of a croissant, and some fruit, and water. I'm trying to feed him more than I used to, but it's so hard to know when to stop. I don't know if I can trust him to stop when he's full or not.

Belle, sometimes I'm like that at the shops, I can be really indecisive, though I'm better than I used to be. I remember I once wanted to get something from The Body Shop, and I spent aaages in there before walking out so upset because I couldn't decide what to get! And you get so worked up and irrational - if I'd thought properly about it, I could have just justified getting everything I wanted.

Hope you don't have tonsillitis Rach! It sucks!

I tried the Brauers remedy for insomnia this morning when I couldn't get back to sleep after feeding River, and I went to sleep pretty quick after that. Might give it a shot tonight then.

    Hope everyone's enjoying their day!

Rach.. hope youre throat is ok.

Belle.. just remember tomorrow is another new day.

Nelle.. im the same with Jesse. He wont take dinner off the spoon no more so have started giving him proper dinner meals. So ive been making up a plate of vegies, cheese and either chicken nuggets, tuna risoles i made etc but he's a bottomless pit. What looks like a lot to be eating, he just keeps piling it in. Ive never had him at a point where hes been full. Like Lunch he has either yogurt or a fruit tub, a sandwich, crackers, saltanas and he eats the lot. I reckon he'd keep going if i kept giving it to him. Little pigglets!

Meg.. oh that show was excellent! Thanks for the reminder!! Im definately going to be watching it every week now. That poor little boy with the eating problems. I know how mum feels with the little boy she doesnt want to grow up! I dont want jesse to!! But its good to watch to know what to do in those situations. Hows James going?

    Heroes is on tonight woooo!

Caddie.. Yeh its on channel 7, thursdays at 9.30pm. Its about a whole heap of people who discover they each have a different power. Like one can fly, another time travel, another can heal when theyre hurt, another can paint the future etc etc. At the beginning they didnt know each other and thought they were the only ones that had a power. Then theres bad guys who come and try and take their powers and want to blow up the world etc. Its a really good show. Meg got me onto a show called House Of Tiny Tearaways on thursday mornings about toddlers who are having issues like sleeping, eating, temper etc and they go and live in a house with their parents kinda like Big Brother to help them. Really good.

Speaking of which.. Meg says to say Hi to everyone.. shes taking some time out from the thread.. will be back later on, but just wants to lay low for a while. James is doing really well, starting to feed himself from a spoon clever little monkey and had his first trip to the zoo today and loved it. Big "hugs" Meg.

Rach and Belle-I hope the drs can sort you out.

We SOLD the house. We have had an offer on it subject to finance and their finance came through, so we are out of here by the 02Nov. So excited now I just have to pack and sort out what I need out and what I can put in storage.

Eithan is now sick as well. He is having trouble keeping food down, poor pet. Both him and Bella have the snots, chesty cough and vomits.

I am feeling a little less stressed for now as I am really excited about being able to start my own busniess soon.

    Love

Hmm, I've joined the new gym that is opening up nearby, just hope I can stick with it and not waste all my money! I don't like weights and stuff but enjoy classes so that might be the go. They have creche there too which is $4 session so not too bad.

Rach- Hope you start feeling better, maybe you have tonsillitis too?

Ness- I love shopping child free, no pram to manouvere, no kids whinging when you stop.

HelenP- Congrats on selling the house, now the real fun starts with all that packing! Hope the sick kiddies pick up.

Kell- I'm so annoyed they changed Heroes to Thurs night cause thats my working day and i don't get home til 10! And for some reason our foxtel doesn't play ch 7, and the video is hooked up to the foxtel.

We are off to gymbaroo soon so I'd better start organising myself.

Shell.. oh that sux. Yeh foxtel doesnt have 7 signed to it yet. No idea why not, they have all the other channels now. When the guy installed ours, it is through the video but we can turn the foxtel box off and it will bring up 7 through the video. Bummer indeed though.

Nessa.. 9 days! holey moley.. im gonna have to start cleaning soon!!

    Helen.. congrats on the sale!!

Vixstar.. yeh did but think i need another now hehe. We still have to do coffee sometime! Im busy the next few weeks but will have to organise something!

Belle.. hope you had a good day to yourself.

DH is home today.. has his RDO and then 2 days off woo! Went and laybyed Jesse's outdoor play gym today! So excited. Has a swing and slide. Perfect for our little yard. Just have to wait for the IL's to get back from their trip to WA (yeh dont ask, i think theyre nuts with FIL still having chemo), to borrow their 4wd to pick it up. Wont fit in our commodore.

Just checking in. Had a busy couple of days and the girls were here today for lunch so Im knackered from all the kids and laughing we did............ok and chocolate cake we ate

Jett had his 12mth needles today and only had a few crocodile tears. So far no swelling or rash so Im hoping we've skipped the reaction he got from his 6mth ones. GP says that she's pretty sure he ISNT lactose intolerant, so I have the go ahead to slowly reintroduce full cream milk. Bloody stupid ER Drs, Ive been spending a fortune in lactose free milk for no reason. She also gave me a referral to a dermatologist to get this weird strawberry-mark-type rash he has had on his hand since he got his first ear infection at 6mths. Its slowly crept up his arm but doesnt bother him. She doesnt think its anything terrible but wants it checked anyway. She thought he was born with it until I mentioned it. She weighed him and he's 11.2kgs. I was a bit concerned that he only gained 1.1kgs in 3 months but she says its normal for them to slow on the weight gain once they start walking because basically theyre exercising regularly and burning all the energy they get from food/milk.

As for me Im fat, swollen and exhausted. Had an OBs appointment yesterday on the spur of the moment. Im having to take phenergan of a night time because Im itching like crazy (it knocks me out like there's no tomorrow so thankgod Jett is sleeping through or he'd be screaming for hours before Id become concious again). The OB thinks I have obstetric cholestasis or something like that, basically the liver doesnt filter out bile salts properly and it causes a rash/severe itching and can lead to premature delivery. They generally deliver you by 37wks if you have it so it wont make much difference to me its just really uncomfortable. I also had my GD test yesterday and nearly passed out after the 2hrs was up. Im glad it was the last time I'll ever have to do it ever again Bub is growing fabulously, got a great u/s piccy, he looks *just* like his big brother and Daddy. I managed to stack on 5kgs in 3 weeks so now sitting pretty at 64kgs and hopefully will stay there til B-day. The less I have to lose afterward the better. The OB can get off my back about not having gained anything too.

My days are spent thinking about sorting out the spare room. DH is home this weekend and we have nothing on for a change so it *should* get done and then I can unpack all the clothes I washed and set everything up. I feel very unorganised.

11 weeks and 6 days to go!

I hope everyone else is doing well! I promise to make a better effort to keep up with the thread!
