Supa and Arte - I went for Indian a week or 2 ago and Noah was quite upset that night and the following day - I think it was the spice - so I am now avoiding it for a while - not easy as I love spicy food... sorry I dont know any remedies... for me I just had to wait out the time...
Hope everyone is well today - I am looking fwd to hearing from some of our 'regulars' who havent been around much - hope everyone is OK and just too busy being mum to write...

All well here - Noah had an extremely disturbed night, i think he had some wind and then even when that was 'cleared' so to speak he just wanted to be up with mummy and sleep on my chest - gorgeous but tiring.. i was up most of the night... we dont have much planned today - an old friend from school who now lives in Scotland is in town so we are meeting up for a walk or coffee this afternoon and that's it so I think we will take it easy... I may get her over here for coffee if he isnt more settled later... Gymbaroo was wonderful yesterday - he loved it!!! And even at 4 weeks most of the things we could do together which was great... for me it was excellent as it gave me some things to do with him play wise - I havebeen making things up but it is hard to think of things to 'do' with a newborn and he is getting more active and alert and seems to want to do things so this was great. I am looking fwd to next week already!
