i know! she really was lovely though. she messaged me to say thank you for my hospitality and said she wouldn't have coped that day if i wasn't so nice to her as she'd had to drive for ages and her babies were getting upset. i totally knew how she was feeling though as i used to get so flustered and anxious when jimmy was a newborn, so i could totally relate.
