I had the same thing happen to me when I lived in both Darwin and Cairns, no help at all, maybe ring the ABA and see if they can help you. finger crossed that you get the help you want, its so annoying when you want to BF yet no one willing to help you...

Ooh, I wrote my birth story the other day too if anyone is interested, I forgot to link it!

    https://www.bellybelly.com.au/forums...14-1-11-a.html

sorry no time for personals, I'm going to bed after a few woeful nights sleep. I'm hoping it's just a 'thing' he's going through and we get back a beautiful sleeping baby. He's been pretty much awake today since about 1pm, with only short cat naps in between. Reminding me of his sister at the moment and I am praying it isn't a pattern that will stick. I will go nuts if he ends up being as difficult a baby as she was. I only coped with her because there was only her then. Now I have two other kids to worry about too, I won't cope with an extremely fussy baby....

Ohh, added new piccies to FB if anyone would like to take a peek!

Just a quick one posted my birth story HERE, but i'll forgive you all for not reading it cos it is very long.
    great read hun!

Don't look at my DS1 and DS2 as an example then! You'll be thinking 'only child' for sure But then DS3 = perfect. Maybe you should go for #3!

Josh has chunked up a bit though, some of his 0000 clothes are getting a bit tight, especially length ways. He seems to have a really long body.
god no there wont be 3 in this house!!!!! ive still gotta convince DH into number 2!!!

oohh i hear u DD is now in 000 long legged jumpsuits and they are just about to small, as in next week i rekon ill have to pull out the 00 ones to make room for her legs!

My Dr wont when i seen him about K constantly crying all he said was go to formula feeding

I might have to try and see the female Dr, cause i really still want to BF its soo much more better!

i just rang him and he wont do it *screams* this Dr is really pathetic im over him not helping with anything

    I HATE SMALL COUNTRY TOWNS!!!
hope u can get some help!

as i said to disgirl she is about a week away from not fitting into the long legged and armed jumpsuits, im devestated!! she is only 7.5 weeks old surely thats not normal!!!

ive ordered her some slumbersac sleeping bags from ebay ready to start weaning her off being wrapped coz she gets out more often than not so might as well get going on that now.

    hope ur all keeping well!

Hi Tegam, your such a good example, lol.

Crumpet: Sounds like Summah is growing well! I've got a few sleeping bags for SB but haven't used them yet, he likes being swaddled too much at the moment.

Miztique: That sucks It could be wind or a growth spurt? I hope you get some answers and help soon, it's horrible when you want help and people aren't good at providing it.

Em: Awesome birth story So glad it went how you planned!

Lilias: I'm on FB too, pm me your name and I'll add you

AFM - well yesterday was a killer! I think SB had/is having a growth spurt cos he wanted to feed CONSTANTLY! I think I had a small boy attached to me about 22 hours of the day.

Gotta go, it's still not over!

Miz, I hope you can get some help - your doc sounds pretty ordinary. Have you contacted the ABA?

Kel, I read your birth story - I can't believe you were out at a playcentre while you were in labour! I hope your little man gives you some sleep soon. It could be the heat that's making him so unsettled, it's bloody awful!

Crumpet, sorry to say, but they can grow that fast DS2 was in 0000's for only two weeks and when he was in hossy at 3 months he was already in '0' jumpsuits He was a bit of a boofa though - and still is! Go on, go for three, or even better FOUR! You know you want to
Sleeping bags are brilliant. Both my first two practically lived in them as wee bubbas. Especially DS1 who was a late April bub.

Tegam, glad to hear from you!!!!

Kit, I hope you don't have the stinking hot weather we have with SB attached to you so much. I am yet to have one of those days, but I bet it's coming this week when DH goes back to work and I have to try and wrangle all three of them myself. Hope you're doing okay.

Us: It's stupidly hot here - above 35 degrees for the seventh day in a row. Tomorrow is apparently the last day of the heatwave thank God. I want the big boys to be able to go outside again before they drive me completely insane! Josh is still letting me have sleep and I can't believe the difference it makes compared to DS2 (who is also still sleeping well compared to normal). Last night I got five hours' and then another four hours'. I can't believe it most of the time! He's still a pooing champion though and loves to poo in new, clean nappies. He's still got a teeny tiny waist and skinny legs so we're up to box #3 of newborn nappies. I'm going to dig out the cloth nappies I bought for him soon and see if they'll fit him yet. I can't decide whether it will be easier or harder having two in cloth, although I don't remember it being hard with DS1 and DS2...

My three big boys are off swimming at the inlaws tonight so it's just me and Josh, who is sleeping. There was no way I was taking him out in this heat (no aircon at the inlaws) and I still can't swim so I didn't want to go anyway! The peace and quiet is amazing. I might have to ship the bigger kids (and DH) off more often

Disgirl, I hear you, my older two winkies spent a week at my parents house when OK was about 3 weeks, It was heaven, I felt a bit guilty... You wanta swap weather, its cold here today..

Crumpet, PK is getting tom big for his 0000 but still fitting into most of them its so sad when they move up in clothes, but I have found different companies are making the jumpsuits in different sizes, target ones seem much smaller than the kmart ones, makes it so much harder to know what sizes to buy, I brought a whole heap of 00 and 0 last year for PK this winter, but now I am thinking they might all be still too big... Bugger

I read both the birth stories Boy you girls can right lol I would be lucky to write 5 lines about PKs birth lol, but will try to get it down one of theses days... They were a great read btw...

I am so cold today, have to say its one thing I really dont like about melbourne, Iwant my hot sticky weather back! lol, PK was so grumpy yesterday all because he had not done a poop, lol he ended up doing two smallish ones last night, and a HUGE one this morning...
Oh and for the last two mornings PKs nappies have leaked! so he ends up wetting my bed and his PJs but I think its my fault as when I take his wet nappy off he willie is not pointing down lol must remember to point it down even in my half sleep...

lets hope we get to see summer come back soon I am no way ready to say good bye to her yet...

Crumpet, sorry to say, but they can grow that fast DS2 was in 0000's for only two weeks and when he was in hossy at 3 months he was already in '0' jumpsuits He was a bit of a boofa though - and still is! Go on, go for three, or even better FOUR! You know you want to

    Hiya ladies,

Well this will be a bit of a poor me post today. DS is becoming a totally different baby. He is being so so clingy and horrible. He isn't sleeping properly and is just like his sister was when she was tiny. My eyeballs are hanging out of my head and my house is an absolute pigsty. I had a bit of a teary morning cause all I have done is sit on the lounge trying to feed, or wearing paths in the carpet with trying to settle Caelan. My poor other kids don't even get a look-in, let alone DH! He cried and grizzled all night last night and only at about 4am did he go to sleep properly until 10am. When DH goes back to work, I am going to have to deal with DS1 waking 1-2 times a night, plus not sleeping because of DS2 and then getting up at 6am with DD. I so can't do this sleeples thing again. I will go bananas. Literally. Seriously. Not joking with you, I really really will! How will I cope??? DH says 'you just will, like you did with the other two'. And yep I guess I will because I have to. It won't last that long I suppose. But to know that I will end up in the depths of depression due to the sleepless nights and exhaustion, like I was when I had them....well I just really don't want to feel like that again. Ugh. This sucks. He was such a good baby a week ago.

sorry been MIA havent been on much at all really lately not even reading :O

Well i still have milk just don't know whats going on, i think K is just a very hungry baby but surely you would think he's over it by now, i've given in and ill BF all day unless he gets too screamy then ill FF of a night (1-2 bottles), but most the time i just still try and fully BF

He has been drooling abit today so i really wonder if he is teething (gums aching from the moving around in his gums) and wonder if thats why he is so unsettled, Dr said it could be possible

Well i have no idea but K doesn't like me leaving him, i clean the lunchroom and office once a week for DF's boss and tonight when i went to do it K was ok, when i get home DF said as soon as i walked out the door K fully got into histerical screaming fit, and he cries when DF holds him, i think he just loves his mummy hehe

Ill try get back into posting just finding it hard cause K isnt really getting into a routine so we still all over the place and im hating it

    Hi Girls

I haven't forgotten about you, promise!

I haven't been reading or posting coz i'm a slack tart but DH is home for a couple of days only (due to the cyclone last week he got stuck up at work) so i'll hopefully pop on and have a full read through. I did take the time last night though to write P's birth story, which can be found here if you're interested.

P is doing really well and is a good sleeper which is keeping me sane whilst DH is away at work. DD loves him and sleeps through his tanty's which is wonderful. Feeding is going okay, still very sore but persevering in the hope it will eventually get better.

Hope you're all doing well, and your little bubs too!

    xo

    Hi everybody!

I can't believe my littlest guy is four weeks old already! I'm sensing a recurring theme.... I can't believe how old he is every week

Life returned to normal today and I'm totally exhausted! Had bedtime, all night and then all morning by myself. Only got about four hours' sleep with the boys getting up in chronological order - grrrrr! DS1 got up for the day at 6:30 to top it off. We made it to school on time though, probably because I had so long to get them all ready. DS3 has been a bit unsettled today, I think it was the garlic and onions in the home-made hamburgers last night. The older two were intolerant too when they were wee bubs - I should have just avoided them altogether. I've had to hold Josh just about all day. He needs to be upright.

Aaaaaargh! Gotta go, DS2 is after me... again....

    Hi all,

Disgirl - Sorry hun, just wanted to let you know i got your PM, I will call you soon. Will meet up soon too, just atm though I have kids with the flu again, so will need to wait now until they are all better. Glad all is back to normal for you. hugs

As for the way time is flying with our bubs, I cant believe Little Chloe is 7wks today. It has gone too quick. She still fits in 5 zeros, but dont think it will be long for her to move up to 4 zeros. In the full legged jumpsuits, yet a bit longer for the summer outfits. So still little but chubbing up a bit too.

Well, as I mentioned to Disgirl, I have some sick kids again, DD2 yet she is at school, Little V and bubba chloe. Poor little things. Poor little Chloe is having a ahard time with the sniffles. Ohh and the smiles she gives me, with her little noises she makes is just too cute. Yet as soon as she gives a smile, a frown on her face soon follows. lol. She looked cranky on her u/s pics, its so funny to see her still giving that cranky look. lol. She is losing some of her hair, which looked quite dark when she was born but has gotten lighter over time, still darker then V's though. Yet will be interesting to see how light her hair gets. I love the way she tries to talk to me, really cute. I will talk to her and she replies. love it.

Anyway I need to get going, have some errands to do for DH, yay fun.... not. Would prefer to crash out on the lounge while the girls sleep. Ohh well.

FO3 - Your not the only one. lol Look over my direction.

Tegam - Hows everything going? Unlike you to be soooo quite......... Hope all is well. hugs

Crumpet - So glad Summah is doing well, its nice to have such a trouble free bub. Your doing a wonderful job. As for No.2, I thought I would only have 2, then when I did and it was another boy, I wanted another, then I lost that one and the next, then finally got my DD, then unexpectedly feel pg with DD2 when BFing, then I still felt like something was missing then tried again to have another 2 losses then little V, then i just didnt want V to be alone, and surprisingly ended up pg with Chloe. I wont be having anymore, yet I still have to keep reminding myself of that. lol. Absolutely hopeless arent I. hugs

Em - I hope all is well with you hun, hope your little girl is being kind to mummy. Look after yourself hun. hugs

Well thats all i can do for now, I am so tired and just cant function atm.

Forgot to mention that it is the anniversary today for the loss of my twins (it has been 8yrs) also the passing of my dad just 6yrs ago. Cant believe how time has flown.
