thanks Jasp! I was so surprised at how quickly it was done, wasn't expecting to get it until at least after the new year!

Hope Arlea gets over her cold quickly (and doesn't pass it around!) i'm sure that's the last thing you want for christmas!
I wanted to wait too before starting Hayley on solids, but I think she is ready for them...she had half a strawberry this morning and with her "morning tea" bottle she had some rice cereal with a bit of stewed apple mixed in. I think she much preferred the cereal with apple, no screaming/crying while I was trying to feed her. Although she does resist if I try and put the spoon in her mouth so it's easier if I wait until she grabs the spoon and tries to put it in herself, or wait until her mouth is open then shove some in. but much easier than just plain rice cereal, I don't blame her for not liking it really!
