I have had many teary nights, it does honestly get better!
My nephew was a projectile baby, and they just eventually grow out of it. Could you try slightly elevating the head of his mattress? Does he burp well after feeding? If he stays upright does he still vomit?

Might be worth getting the doctor to check but apparently some babies have a sensitive lining to a section of their stomach and that's why it reacts.

Have you been sleeping during the day when he sleeps?
