Things aren't going so good

Had another argument with DP yesterday, apparently he was ****ed off about our anniversary dinner, said I'd it was a second date there wouldn't be another. Then was ****ed off because I told Mum we'd drop DS off at her place as we were meant to be going to a wedding. Apparently this meant I didn't want to have fun with him because I'd only have a drink or two instead of getting wasted. Argument culminated with him throwing the cars keys at me which hurt my hand (minor injury, I know). I'm just so scared of his temper He makes out like nothing is his fault. I don't know what to do.
