MD, life is mostly back to normal now that DH is back but sleep has fallen apart.

It is 12.30pm and we have resorted to controlled crying for A for the last nearly hour. She was screaming hysterically even with DH in the bed with her and he was having to hold her down so she didn't get out of bed so I have cracked it and this is how it is. Not very nice but if she won't settle with someone in the bed then she can learn to do it on her own.
