Trill - there are 2 public high schools near us, one Catholic and one Anglican (it's still pretty small, ie 10 kids in Year 12 this year). More options than you have I imagine! The private ones aren't an option due to DH's job, but their results aren't worth it anyway (they don't do as well as the public). The big issue for us will be that DH will be deputy or higher - will she want to be going to the same school as him?? One option in Canberra for boarding and OMG the cost!!

Cass - can you have a shallow bucket for dipping feet/hands in by the back door plus a towel? Cause if's there any water within a 1km radius, they will track it down and mix it with that sand!!
