Cally, that's one of the reasons why I've always been opposed to private schools -means much less for the public schools in the long run in so many ways. The only reason I'm agreeing to L going to boarding school is because it is still a Public school which just happens to be a selective boarding school. Makes it harder when your choices are limited though doesn't it?

MD, LOL at there being no chaos with the other two away. We definitely wont be leaving him there on weekends - it adds an extra $1500 per year to the cost and we can't justify full boarding when we only live a reasonably short distance from the school anyway.
