Cally I would be sending the keys for another swim - this time in a vat of aquium gel (this girl's best handbag friend). Missy E is very particular about her lunchbox too.
Cass - congratulations on your 10 years together! Commisserations on the distinct lack of sparkly pressies in tiny boxes. xxx The plates sound fastastic, I bet your DH is totally chuffed.
Arte - see, that's why I never wanted to "share" my birthday with DD2. LOL The pinata sounds great - did your DH totally dig all those chocolate frogs?
Oz, yeah I'm pretty sure I remember you posting a couple of days ago too. Well done with the night TTing. We seem to be regressing on that front - E is very aware of when she is wearing a pullup and when she is not, but I CBF'd going without them and dealing with the extra laundry in what is now approaching high winter.
Well girls it's been a challenging few days for me as I confront the reality of how ****ed my study situation is. My psych has very gently suggested to me that I should apply for a disability status at the uni so that I can access special consideration. I have cried gallons ever since, but I'm coming around to the idea that if I can admit how bad it is and how sub-functional i really have been all this time, then that will be the start of being able to fix it. Whereas if I keep avoiding it and pretending that all is ok, that will just prolong the pain. The psych is fabulous and really experienced dealing with all the complexities of "chemobrain", fatigue, grief, and depression that ride along in the wake of a cancer encounter. So this is a GOOD THING, even though it feels like I'm in choppy waters right now.
