Hi Mummas!

Elf - I can't wait to have a bro or sis for my DS so I can see how he interacts with him/her. Must be so lovely to see your kids together and how older DD reacts to lump!

Dansta - the injections won't be too bad, promise! Lachlan only cried for like a second and then was totally fine, like nothing happened! The needles are so fine now they barely feel it. Vic will be FINE! And YAY for that bargain on food, what a SCORE!

Cmar - get well soon babes. No good being sick AND having feeding issues. Wish I could send you some of my "boobie num nums". I've got a stack in the freezer!!

Poopie - you get well soon also! *hugs*

Lexie - crap that your AF returned so soon I haven't got mine back and I've just started back on the mini pill. My GP said that BF and the mini pill my AF should be pretty much non existant... my question is, how will I know if I'm UTD again ?? (not that I'm planning on it!!).

Belle - Its you're wedding day today!!! YAY!! I hope you're having a wonderful time and feeling AMAZING! I can't wait to see the photos on FB. And Yeah, would be great to meet up with SAS if she's free also? Perhaps when your wedding stuff dies down and you're back to some sort of normality.

HELLO everyone else!!

AFM - Busy busy busy week. Lachlan met up with 3 of his girlfriends and his bestie this week for play dates and so that Mum could have a catch up with her friends too. Also had my first mothers group AND went for a job interview. If I get this job there is a child care on site, so I'm going to place lachlan there 3 days/week. He'll be 3.5 months old if I start with this particular company and I feel comfortable leaving him at this particular child care because I will be working in the same building.. so can go and BF him during my lunch break or even at other times. Should hear something back re the job next week some time... REALLY hoping I get it. It's 3 days in the office, 1 day work from home and 1 day off! So excited at the idea of getting back to work...

Lachlan SLEPT for 6.5 hours last night... WOO FREAKING HOO!!! You have no idea how excited I was when I looked at the clock for his night feeding and realised how long he'd slept for... Oh, ok, maybe you ladies do! And then he slept until 6:30am! DH and I were SO REFRESHED! I am SO hoping this trend continues... at the moment its 2 steps forward, 1 step back.. so who knows what's going to happen, but definitely noticing that he's sleeping longer during the night, and going back to sleep quickly after his night feeds... which is a GOOD sign!

And on another note, DH and I still haven't DTD yet It's not me, I'm ready to get back in the sack, but DH is going through a bit of a depression and is currently taking medication for it, unfortunately is stuffing with his libido so our GP has reduced his dose by half. That and we've been quite tired as well... Starting to feel quite unattractive to my DH even though he convinces me that I'm still attractive to him. Even the bott bott pinching has stopped and the spontaneous passionate kisses aren't there anymore... not for want of me trying, but he's just not into it at the moment. Part of me wants to get "the first time after giving birth" over and done with cos I'm a bit worried about how it's going to feel... but DH doesn't want to BD at the moment. FRUSTRATING to say the least!!! Don't worry, lines of communication are well and truely open.. hoping he gets out of this funk SOON otherwise Lachlan may not have a brother or sister!! hehe

OK must go, dinner is ready, DH has put DS down and it's snuggle time on the couch!

Happy Saturday Mummies!
